Hi, Brazilian dishes are very often non vegetarian, that said, vegetarianism os growing in Brazil, so you can find vegetarian options in some places. In terms of bar food, you can try the coxinha made with jackfruit instead of chicken (I believe a place called “Bela Coxinha” will have it) and palm heart empadas (empada de palmito), for example. You can also find loads of nice fruits and veggies on the street markets and tapioca with vegetarian fillings, or queijo coalho (similar to halloumi) on street food vendors
