VHS recording from when I was in college in the early 1990s. The Breeders playing "Cannonball". Not in VHS Hi-Fi mode, unfortunately.

Her name was Erin. She was new in my neighborhood, and was eager to make friends. She was nice, big smile. That "..so called life" haircut a lot of girls and boys had back then, died bright red. I gave her one of my flannels, so she let me borrow "The Breeders". Her mother left her husband in Cleveland. They were starting over. I guess, as Erin put it, he beat the two of them. Everyone on that whole block was woken by sirens. I wanted to go outside and look, but my mom told me to go back to bed. What we heard the next day, as the firefighters and police told everyone, the mom was on medication, fell asleep with a cigarette. The house was in a state of repair, so it caught quickly. The next day only a wall from the garage was left. I can't say if she died peacefully or not. She seemed really nice.

Kurt actually stopd the show.. Was in utero tour.. Some dumbass thru a shoe and hit Dave on the drums.. Ppl ( Courtney) say that Kurt never liked Dave.. But let me tell u.. Shoe flew past him.. Hit Dave.. He stopd the show immediately and said if that happens again they would leave.. They stayd.. Show was unreal.. And this song and the breeders opening up.. U could imagine.. It was a lil electric that night.. Couple years later Kurt had passed and word on street was Kim deal got busted tryin to smuggle like 2 pounds heroine in the country.. I always told ppl tho.. One of the coolest things was when Kurt did polly.. They litteraly brought this young woman out and she was like on the corner of the stage playing chello to Polly.. Like rite off the album.. Iv seen my fair share of shows.. Peppers..311..beasties.. Till this day I couldn't believe that both the breeders and nirvana sounded exactly like u was listening to the CD.. Seriously.. U wouldn't think it.. With there voices.. But I think ppl would be surprised at how professional in terms of production and sound that some bands are.. Peppers at the ampitheater my home city of Atlanta was a real fukin show too.. God bless this music and this erra
