Absolutely not segregation, all allies are welcome and celebrated 100% as a part of the family and community, doesn't matter how straight and cis they are, if they are supportive and loving they will practically get thrones made for them. LGBTQ+ is already exactly what you want it to be, it IS about being proud to be exactly as you are. Straight/Cis folks are NOT excluded by any means.
