Thanks for the video I was wondering where I was going to put my cpu in my car. Want to put on the passenger side kick panel but I didn’t know if the harness was long enough by watching your great video it looks like it will be long enough.

I have never done anything like this before and you just made it so easy for me now. but i do have to ask what MAT sensor did you buy like what was the part number? If you don't remember its all good thanks anyway.

Great vid you really simplified this for even me. I will be wiring my squarebody with the terminator x max soon. My question is how did you wire the starter & alternator?
@EdsGarage993 жыл бұрын
The starter I use the original wires, the alternator I had to buy a “pig tail” and hooked it to the wire that goes to the dummy light, if I remember right the original alternator has 2 wire plug, one red and one brown. Red is constant power and brown is switched and goes to the dummy light on the dash. Here’s a link to the “pig tail” thanks for watching!
@@EdsGarage99 Thanks a ton really appreciate it brother. Keep the vids coming. Holley should let you do the tutorial vids!!

I'm doing this on my 71 C10 now. Your videos have been very helpful. Where did you run your constant switch power to? Doesn't it have to have power during cranking too?

would there be any way to talk with you about the swap, as I purchased the Terminator X, (not the max) as I have a 5.3 attached to a 700R4 - please let me know - I will pay you
@EdsGarage993 жыл бұрын
Yeah you have Instagram? I know a 700r4 has a tv cable and I’m not sure how to hook it up to the 5.3

Did you run the oil pressure sensor or aftermarket guage
@EdsGarage994 жыл бұрын
The oil pressure sensor
@bradleydunford7254 жыл бұрын
@@EdsGarage99 ok thanks but you can run aftermarket oil pressure guage, temperature gauge volts gauge speedo and tach
@EdsGarage994 жыл бұрын
Bradley Dunford yeah if you want to, the Holley system requires the coolant sensor hooded up but you could use a T fitting and hook up an gauge. It has a wire to hook to a tach and the speedo depends on your trans but they do make a gps speedo you can use in anything
@bradleydunford7254 жыл бұрын
@@EdsGarage99 ok thanks appreciate it. What trans did you run. What fuel pump did you run. The loose wires what do they go too I'm gonna be running the same kit you got on my 89 s10 when I do my ls swap
@EdsGarage994 жыл бұрын
Bradley Dunford I’m using a 4l60e out of an 01 truck, you can see it in my other video#11 getting the 5.3, it’s electronic that’s why I got the terminator x max, if you use a th350, th400 or manual you don’t need the max you can use the terminator x. The fuel pump is a Aeromotive stealth 340 came with the tank I bought, video #27
