What a great episode! Somehow it makes up for more than the individual pieces combined: fast sail, cachting tuna, deserted island and beautiful cinematography with sunsets and even ligthing stoms. All those are gems of its own ... but how all these amalgamate into each into each other makes for the almost perfect escapistic free range sailing episode that for us watchers has the powers to cause a yearning that is greater than life.

The rigging song is beautiful music to our ears. We don't think it'd be out of place in your voice overs. And while I'm commenting I simply have to add my voice to the hundreds of cookbook beggars. Love you two. Oh... are you now going to be making jocks with the new FRS designs???? 😂

The fishing has improved under management. Some reefs were damaged since I saw them 10 years ago and some had improved in 5 years. We are pretty positive about how Australia is managing it's marine resource and how little rubbish is on Western Australian coastline.

I'd really appreciate a video, or a chapter in a cookbook, where you show how to bleed a fish properly .. I usually just wack them on the head, later gut them and cook them (I've never caught a tuna, mostly mackerel and pollack ... trolling behind an inflatable)
