The Cambrian Heritage Railway 27.07.24

I'm a member of the Cambrian Heritage Railway, so I'm sure the volunteers will have told you about my adventures there. I had a birthday lunch in the Stonehouse Brewery Pub of Bacon & Cheese Pizza, plus ice cream for dessert with a waffle stick. What I didn't expect to see was the two ladies walking towards me, one carrying the bowl of ice cream, and singing Happy Birthday to me. There was a single birthday candle on top of the ice cream, which had been lit.

Thats great, we had our lunch at stone house brewery and it was very nice, its a lovely railway full of potential, looking forward to visiting again

Super excellent video of Austin 1 in action on the Cambrian Heritage Railway 👍 Fantastic to see the railway having a different loco loan from Llangollen.

@@joelightrailway2362 Hi Joe yeah its just the right size line for that loco to run on an being an ex brewery loco and now taking people to the brewery and back it's perfect, nice the loco is getting used more aswell, glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching. Tom

its definitely worth a visit and the ride down to Wheston Wharf were there is a brewery and restaurant is a nice little place to go before you head back on the train and on saturdays during the summer they run till 8pm, the railway certainly has alot of potential and a few extensions i think are on the cards for the future, the cab ride was also great

what is the non gangwayed coach at the end of the train? did you see the merseyrail 507 there?

i think its just a suburban non corridor, i think the merseyrail 507 is going to a near by railway am not to sure to be honest i was hoping it was still on the merseyrail abit longer so i can film it
