it's not really a necessity and you should also try to find second hand items, to be honest in this hobby and many other it's better to go with SH items no matter how much money you have :)

@@AI3Dorinte Unless you're hoping to get some KBDfans or other in-stock items, you definitely shouldn't go for secondhand if you want to save money. You're guaranteed to pay 1.5-4x the original price. If you mean that secondhand is better for the environment, then I understand that. However you could argue that buying on the aftermarket supports flippers which supports more purchasing the item which means more being manufactured in the first place, so I'm not sure how that balances out.

If you are really tight on budget, just get something like 30-50$ one with outemu or gateron switches, then mod (lube,damp,etc.) yourself to get a decent performance.

That metal keycap is honestly worth not getting a keycap puller. I wish more boards would do that, most people already have a puller anyways, but a custom cap for each board really is something special.

I truly appreciate the work that go’s into your videos bruv. I recently started modding boards after a long(10 years) break. That has led to a steep learning curve regarding buying decent equipment. I have purchased multiple Royal Kludge, Epomaker & Yunzii keyboards in multiple formats,,,,all of these seem to come from the same factory or supply chain(parts). I have had problems with every single board, from missing parts to non functioning switches(bent pins) & firmware that doesn’t work(Royal Kludge 3X’s). No KZbinrs reviewing Epomaker or Royal Kludge speak on either company’s quality control, this concerns me. It would be nice to see someone purchase 5 each of Royal Kludge’s top selling boards in the blind(from a new Amazon account) & then go thru them for QC issues. The boards I had issues with were the RK 71/RK 84/Rk G68.

A little tip for getting rid of the electronic hiss from the Blue Yeti : Plug the microphone directly into the computer and don't use USB extension cables (I know the included cable is short but this is the only way I found to get rid of the hiss, hope it helps). Would be really interested in seeing you rewieving Durock linears, cheers mate!

If you were really in love with the case for some reason, from the mounting holes, it looks it would support standard 60% PCBs and plates. Of course that would destroy the value proposition and you would be better off buying a Tofu or Klippe instead.

I think I'd be bothered by the weird stagger on the zxcv row too. They've shifted everything .25u to the left of where it normally is to make room for a 3rd key on the right. at the expense of being kind of weird non-standard, and leaving you with a weird 2u shift key.

Ok so my thoughts are: The keyboard looks Poggers , like Hipyo I would love to see some rubber gasket mounts, get rid of that PCB why would you use North Facing LED's when there are no LED's put there soem south facing LEDs maybe some foam kit to buy to isolate some of the sound to make it thockier and just slap on the option for PCB mount stabilizers please:) ok thanks. the best way to get rid of ping is using butyl (kilmat, dynamat). you can get a small box on amazon and the amount in the box will be enough to last 100" of builds. press it in firmly on the case and then peel the aluminum skin off so the switches won't short out and give out ghost pressing. yes the same stuff you would use in a car to cut out road noise. also you can use spray wax for cars to polish and wax the keyboards and keycaps. i have no life
