The fact that something like this exists in this movie is just horrifying. I can't believe humans would do such a thing like this. Of course, killing humans is bad enough, but this is something not even the worst serial killers would probably attempt to carry out. Auctioning people at some fair-like event for murdering? To imagine what happened to humans in this franchise is just beyond horrifying. I bet that even if a purge happened today, nobody would be kidnapping randoms and hosting fairs to make killing people seem like an arcade game. Most of us would probably be looting stores or stealing ATMs, and while I might try to drive away in a beautiful car from an exotic dealership, I would never go anywhere close to even shooting an innocent human unable to save himself, not to mention some carnival fair that uses killing humans as the equivalent of throwing balls at jars or all those games you can play at arcades or carnivals.

This actually happened to black people minus the state fair like atmosphere. There was a deadly game featuring black people as targets. The African Dodger game was a real-life carnival game where whites would pay to hit the target with a baseball. Many blacks who were the targets often died from their injuries. They just threw the deceased to the side and got a new victim to put his head in the circle. True mass murderers wouldn't waste their time buying people just to kill them. The victims would have been dead sooner. The Toybox killer would have definitely got a kick out of this.
