I am currently reading Judy's book, "The Carnivore Cure." It has such a wealth of eye-opening information As I am reading it, I keep thinking what courage she has to write so honestly about all aspects of nutrition and how it impacts our health. This interview of Judy showed what a nice and committed woman she is. Thank you both!

Listening to Judy discuss moderator vs abstainer rings true. I've always said I'm an all or nothing person, I can easily cut entire food groups out, but I can't eat just one cookie, one cookie becomes an entire package of cookies in the blink of an eye

Loved your encouraging Keto help many years ago. Loved Judy' s info & It makes me want to buy her book for more info. I've been strictly Carnivore for 1.5 years and now "Carnivore-ish" for another 6 months. I, and family members have Healed many problems. we feel much younger than 62years old ❤️

I'm going through a really really stressful time trying to eat meat again. I haven't had since 1987 when I was 9 although I eat some fish and dairy and eggs so it's not that I've even been vegan. I thought when I decided this was necessary for me and I have had severe neurological pain for 27years, I'd be able to and it's illogical and irrational that I'm feeling almost phobic.ive no experience cooking it and can't remember eating it really. I've never been militant or minded other people eating properly raised meat but when it comes to myself I'm struggling so much. I keep listening to transition stories from veggie/vegan/plant based to try normalise it but it's obviously a very deep block. I know only I have to take that step and maybe need some kind of therapy but any pointers for someone who's programmed their eating from being so young to avoid meat I'd really appreciate. I've done some really horrific treatments over the years it is shocking how this is proving the hardest thing to actively do.

Very awesome podcast. I really enjoyed it. On keto but I do want to do carnivore but I'm afraid that the meat is so acidic and I have a lot of inflammation still in my body? Any info on this?
