You are 100% right! I'm 2 months away from being in bag nerdia for 1 year now and the carry community is the BEST. In a time where toxicity and hate are rampant in all aspects of social media and life, it's quite comforting to be in the carry group and always seeing positive vibes. I've done many transactions in there with zero issues!

So glad we connected over a bag transaction. I always enjoy our chats about bags or life. I for sure wouldn't have enjoyed this hobby without the people and the community. Bags are great but I only need 1 or 2. I have dozens so I can chat with other folks about them, or to possibly trade with others too. Hope your buddy recovers soon, glad he has a carry crew helping him out. Killer patch!

I agree totally! Since I have joined Carryology, it almost the only reason I go on Facebook anymore. I have twice now been gifted high end bags I could never afford to buy new and I am just astounded at how nice everyone is. It comes at a time when I really needed to find a new group of people who GET bagnerdia . My bags are a coping mechanism for anxiety. Being prepared makes me feel like I can face what the world has to throw at me. I have spent all of my life being made fun of for not carrying the typical chick purse. For sitting in church in a dress with a backpack rather than a black purse because it matches the dress. I’m just not that girl. On a date night I’ll carry a purse that matches my little black dress but my pack is hidden in the truck and I would much rather have it close by. I am a blue jeans, tee shirt, cowboy boots, backpack kinda gal & the Carry community has said that it is ok for me to be all into pouches and packs. They get it! No one has ever gotten it!!! No one has ever marveled over a magnificent design or a quality fabric? But the Carry community does. It has been so cathartic to have a community to encourage me to just give in and indulge…and I have :) I set goals and then reward myself with pouches. Or I make pouches. Although my sewing sucks. My prayers are with your friend. I know that kind of situation. My brother nearly died from the virus of which we must not speak, back in December and my daughter was very sick with pneumonia (non-unspeakable virus related) & sepsis in the week of Christmas. These things are tough. Any illness that knocks you down for a long time (I’ve had that happen and I’m still regaining strength) is just hard and frustrating. So to JT’s friend, I’m praying for you man all the way from Georgia in the Souther U.S. Get well and don’t give up. You’ve got this!

My prayers go out to your comrade, brother! I always say that it is the human element that is missing from our corporate culture. It is really refreshing to see this video, because without the human spirit of all our like-minded friends, this community would not exist. And I personally have been thankful to find our carry community, and to have you as a friend.
