It is surprising they would claim ignorance as car experts. I figured they would make the argument that it is a continuation series, therefore eligible for the GT40 registry, therefore considered an authentic GT40. Anyway, with the cost and rarity of even the Superformance models it, in my book, does qualify as an exotic. But class winner...not convinced.

This is the best video I have seen on all of KZbin in the last 6 months. SO many memories of my family friends and even cars I owned MYSELF, like the 930 slant nose..I had the exact SAME car, wheels and all. I hope you make more like this :) Thank you for the jog down memory lane..So nice to see these cars still being appreciated. EXCEPT that fake GT40.. shouldn't have been allowed..lol

In the early part of the video, the car after the 1967 GTO - you may have mis-spoke, was a 1970 Dodge Challenger (not Charger). Great video.

A fellow around Rochester, NY has an Atom and he must dtive the wheels off it, as it appears well-loved. As for the fake GT, there are many Factory Five and other cars in our area and several placards do not mention their source, claiming they are Shelbys (Cobras and Daytonas) and a guy has a Daytona made by a race chassis company and he just calls it a Shelby Daytona, which i find insulting and distasteful. Just put the builder on the sign, be proud of the work put into the car, and don't try and pass it off as a Shelby, there was an actual Shelby Cobra at Watkins Glen this summer and the difference is striking.

When the Atom came out I wanted one but bought a Lotus instead, I would drove the wheels off the Atom just like the guy from Rochester had I gotten one. Good for him.
