In his Trolland video, he even acknowledged that he keeps saying, that each consecutive movie he was making, Leo the Lion and Joshua and the Promised Land, he says that they’re the worst movie of all time. So he just set the bar there.

Plus again, he explains why he says those things. He just doesn’t say stuff like that on the thumbnail of the video and then talks about something completely different like literally every clickbait video ever

Honestly, even though I didn't hear about this until now, I still found it kinda rude to hear that people compare PhantomStryder to WatchMojo. I get he can be pretty clickbait-y and generic, but at least he has actual personality and isn't just "same monotone woman/man dictating wikipedia/review/news articles". And at the very least, he's a chill guy, and is not just "angsty man who hates things with every fiber of his being", since he's willing to have some positivity and be affable. If you don't like him, that's fine, but don't compare oranges and apples, especially when the orange is just a dude who likes talking about things and the apple is a multimillion soulless *_5-videos-a-day_* company.

I quite like PhantomStrider. I find his contentent, especially the content after this video was made, interesting and engaging. He has also been collaborating with Blameitonjorge alot. After reading some of the comments, I realize he really does have a calming voice. While he was on the TTG hate train, it was nowhere near as fervent as Valiskibum.

I like Phantomstrider and Vailskibum94 but I think Vail started to improve since the TTG hate train is no longer popular anymore. Though, while I care less about TTG than what I care more in the past, the show is at least doing its own thing rather than a mockery to the original Teen Titans show in the later seasons. I think the whole TTG hate made the cartoon community looked THAT bad but there are even worst cartoons out there than just TTG. TTG isn't really that bad than what everyone made out to be, but at least I let go of the hate and moved on.

He also often mentions overlooked cartoons so he content is accordingly quite unique. He really bring interesting perspectives to he table you can sense the pure passion he was for animation because of it!

He has the heart and the passion about what he's doing... But that doesn't mean he actually has something to say. He makes Top 10's and throws in some of his opinions every now and again. Nothing special here, he's just that... Average. If he really wanted to show his passion, he would do something more original or complex. Where he is now, he isn't bringing in any "Perspectives"to the table, his reviews aren't long enough to give him the time to elaborate or show something more insightful. But yeah... He looks like he has a passion, and he seems like the type of guy I would love to hear the opinions... But, his Top 10's get boring really fast, and that's a shame, his voice is really nice. Maybe he should try a review, or something like SaberSpark does, this would honestly make his content more interesting. As it is, his content seems lazy to me. But hey, if you like it, more power to you! Enjoy what you want to enjoy!

The Mr Enter hate has always been so confusing in the drama stuff, like I have tried to look up stuff as to why he's criticised so much but it just seems to be a load of "just because" reasons. Im honestly proud of how Mr. Enter has been doing. His quality has indeed improved, and I never had really any bad opinions on him other than his anger issues in older videos, but I still know he is a human being with flaws, and I found him constantly being harrassed and mocked last year to really bother me a lot. I'm honestly really glad now that he's drastically improved in his channel and I wish him all the best. Also, I stopped watching Valiskibum a long time ago, mainly because his jokes in his videos are so gut wrenchengly bad, and his voice is like Chills but not as dead inside. Its just painful to watch his videos after a while. Glad I'm not the only one to think this.

I disagree with the clickbait claim on saberspark and the “worst movie ever” because it seems like he actually thought they were the worst, but then kept finding worse ones. He’s mentioned it a few times. To me it just makes it really funny. Also, I really like Phantom. He has his own personal touch and I like how he’s not afraid to go with an unpopular opinion. His videos feel very genuine and calm.

I think you could have at least mentioned Cellspex - she's very energetic, funny and able to analyse rather recent material in a very concentrated mix of subjective and objective. The only down-side is she has a very irregular schedule and is a bit of a Pixar fan-girl. Otherwise, I'm fine with this video. I think both Mr. Enter and PhantomStrider are severly over-hated. I'm not as big a fan of Mr. Enter anymore (our opinions sometimes massively divide), but I think he always tried, even if he went over-board, to learn from mistakes and don't let escalate things. He's no Lily Peet / Lily Orchard, is all I'm saying.

I dislike how Lily makes everything (and I mean everything) politicial and hateful. I watched a few videos and had to walk ablway because of how frustrated she made me with how hateful she was. It's a shame because she does have good points but she throws it out the window for shock humor (really gross and inappropriate jokes) and screaming about politics, "sheep," and straight white girls She tends to delete comments that don't agree with her and she has a pretty spotty background with the tendency to play the victim card whenever an argument comes up about her past boyfriend. If post-AnimAtr #100 Mr Enter is strawberry ice cream then Alphajay could be considered cherry or raspberry ice cream. They both have similar styles of coverage and I love these channels for that. A bit more analytical, down to earth. The same reason why I watch Mathewwmatosis (game review channel), I just like think pieces like these.

I personally enjoy watching Phantomstrider's content. They're enjoyable and not dragged out to an unnecessary time span. Yes, in the past his lists weren't as good as the ones he makes now, but I enjoy how much he's improved. But Valski? That's just lazy work at it's worst.

I’ve had a large distaste towards his reviews, because he is the embodiment of popular sentiment opinions, he doesn’t like illumination, he treats Studio Ghibli like they’re gods, he likes avatar show, he doesn’t like chicken little and cars 2, very original. Differing opinions are guaranteed in a community based on opinions, that community being animation reviews. I understand why you would dislike Schaffrillas for this reason, but just know that this is expected especially from someone who is very passionate for animation.

I'm actually subscribed to Enter and Strider, as I like to hear their opinions and sometimes relax to them (yes, that includes their angrier reviews). Thank you for making a video like this, this was much improved over your last one. A fair and honest critique at good and aspects of the community rather than having an excuse to bash Vail, Strider and Enter. I think more cartoon community videos like this should exist.. Btw I hope I didn't sound to harsh or anything in my previous comment.. While I don't follow the edgy style (not my cup of tea, though I can admit it can be funny when used right) I can say that I enjoyed what you had to say on things especially your take on Rebel Taxi and a few jokes you made here and there. And yeah, even as someone who wasn't a fan. As of recent Mr Enter has improved a lot! Like ever since he made that harassment video his tone, pacing and overall quality has seen an improvement as to what came before. Even if I'd argue he's changed since he got his avatar and banner. Even when he made reviews on a recent SpongeBob or Family Guy episode it didn't carry the baggage that got his previous reviews such scorn. And I'm glad you were able to view some fair things about him. Tbh though I actually agree with his thoughts on gross out though.. I felt you were fair and honest here good on you. The animation community, it’s one of the most polarizing communities I’ve ever been. The people themselves are alright people. They have strong support of the medium and can be civil as they can. Unfortunately like many communities, they can be the most irritating people ever. Especially the ones on the Internet. Their worst behavior they ever done was attacking people that work in certain shows that people may dislike like Teen Titans Go and/or recent SpongeBob episodes, calling out the Oscars and calling them meaningless even though they do, and that Steven Universe innocent. That innocent almost made me want to not associate with the fanbase. Overall, the cartoon community needs to stop complaining about the Oscars and respect the winners and leave the writers and animators alone. They are doing this for a living.

Talking about Phantomstrider, I actually really liked his "top 10 best of blank countries" videos, and almost wished he had focused on that for his main content! His early videos "top 10 Nickelodeon shows" and "top 10 Disney shows" got him well-known, and once he ran out of networks his main content started getting obsessive about Teen Titans Go and SpongeBob. Top 10 best characters, top 10 worst characters, top 10 worst episodes, top 10 best episodes, top 10 crumpets, he said in a Let's Play on his second channel (that he since deleted) that he hated Watchmojo and didn't want to be anything like them, but I hate to say it, he kinda became exactly that. Meanwhile, the videos about countries were pretty well-researched, he had valid opinions on the shows themselves (in my opinion) and he didn't try to hard to either be racy or avoid being racy when talking about countries, he just wanted to talk about the cartoons. It's a shame he discontinued the series, deleted any videos that got any noticeable dislikes, and went back to the usual "top 10 darkest scenes from religious adult cancelled Nickelodeon movies on Netflix in 2002 and their theme songs"

People seem to think of the cartoon community almost like some sort of hive mind. Like, because a few trends pass through the community every member of said community is automatically the same, ignoring that most communities on KZbin tend to have trends. People say that the cartoon community is unoriginal because a number of them reviewed Teen Titans Go, yet the Let's Play community had huge trends of people yelling and screaming at stuff like Happy Wheels and Five Nights at Freddy's, and no one seems to care. Not that they should, but the fact that only the cartoon reviewers get flack for this is just frustrating and confusing to me.

I remember I used to watch Mr Enter all the time as I kid! I was super young though so his flaws then like berating writers and overreactions didn’t bother me much. Loud noises kept me engaged as a kid. And I knew he had Aspergers so him being repulsed by gross out humor was justified in my eyes. But when I saw his defending video after ages of not looking at his content I was impressed with how self aware and how much he had changed over time! I’m glad he’s doing what he can to improve on his work.

I always thought Strider had a lot of sincerity. I believe that being a critic comes from a technical place and not just cause you hate a cartoon. You can’t really say a show is bad because you hate it. That’s not constructive criticism, that’s just an opinion and helps nobody improve. Strider has always respected people’s opinions and has never attacked anybody for their personal views. To me, he is the most sincere critic out of all of the Cartoon Community. I like Saberspark, too. He reviews movies and shows through a technical sense.
