Found out the hard way, and it resonates with what you say. Our bodies are tired mentally & physically drained at work. A 20 to 30 minutes nap does wonders

Hi HBR, when then would be the ideal timing for taking naps? Is it when a person feels tired, or when one is not? Resting for 10mins for someone who is very exhausted, can be a challenge, if you know what I mean?

I've never understood short naps. A nap, to me, has to be 3 hours long or it's not worth it. I can't fall asleep in 10-20 minutes, so there's no point.

On the 7th day, God rested. How sway, does a peasant human not need rest?
