For real, Battington makes things feel MORE real when it comes to the Five Night’s at Freddy’s franchise. William in the games or just lore in general just sounds like a man who just kills children and nothing more than that, but Battington helps make me feel like i’m in danger and that the person who i’m dealing with or watching is way more than a man in a suit. A monster and a stolid killer. So kudos to Battington.

The Bonnie monologue is amazing. His downright poetic prose about Edward’s death was simultaneously eerie and, even more so, saddening. The euphemism of him being a “new fawn come to play” but not having any reason for his soul to be trapped after William killed him (“no empty box to shelter him, no silver eyes to see through”) was bittersweet. Bonnie wants him to be free, but is still obviously sad that he couldn’t save him. It’s this kind of writing that really elevates this series.

Theory: In the video “Motion detected in cam_04” the description mentions that toy Bonnie was alerted to the sound of an intruder and was found In the morning staring at a *vent* (keep this in mind) In this video, old Bonnie tells Edward that there is a *stranger* in the building, and Edward finds William Afton in his Bonnie suit, chasing him around the location and eventually killing him. The tape mentions that his body was found in the vent a few days later. Could this tape take place on the night that security video took place in? Toy Bonnie might have been starring at the vent because that was where Edward was stuffed.

The idea that the animatronics actively attempt to help people who don’t look like William but in the most creepy way possible is one that I love more VHS tapes are starting to portray. I like how in your 'universe' the animatronics aren't as animalistic, they don't immediately pounce on Edward or even the nightguards because they aren't sure they're the person they're looking for. They are precise; once they determine who their killer is they even go as far as to try and help Edward. Also, if Bonnie is saying "stranger" because that's the only preprogrammed thing he can say to warn Edwards of William, props to you because that's really clever. Keep up the good work.

Bonnie's ''poem'' about Edward is just depressing. ''A new fawn has come to play.'' ''The fawn could not stay.'' - The children seeing Edward wander into becoming another victim to Afton. ''No empty box to shelter him.'' - Afton couldn't stuff him in another suit, so he chose the vents. ''Run little fawn.'' - They don't want another to join them in there torture. Also the fact the ''poem'' felt like it was from a children's book . . . it just messes with me. Seriously though, AMAZING job Battington. I am more than excited to see what comes next.

This shows that, although you can have creepy ghosts, horrible monsters beyond our comprehension, decrepit animatronics possessed by spirits... nothing is any more scary than your fellow man. Monsters attack out of desperation, or even hunger. The depravities man is capable of are horrible and terrible to think about, as these things have probably happened in real life as well. Side note: Battington, everyone is singing your praises for something you deemed as a side project. Take it to heart and don't let the negativity get to you! I like how it seems like William can barley move in the springlock suit, and it seems to heavily hinder his mobility, so he stands like a posing stuffed dead animal. This series also kind of insinuates that bonnie lost his face attempting to protect/warn the kid about William.. which is super cool and also sad. I would like to think that William himself can’t fully control the animatronic, simular to how in FNAF 2 the animatronics are able to recognize people and follow sounds, we use the sound of kids to lure him away in FNAF 3, though when he does get lured away he is still staring directly at the camera at all times. Maybe it’s the animatronic that gets lured away, but he’s still fully conscious of who you are?

This right here. This is FNAF at it's best. No remnant, no artificial intelligence and computer viruses or whatever the later games tried to shove down our throats. Only haunted pizzerias and serial killers. I really hope the movie takes inspiration from creators like you and realises what made FNAF popular in it's hay day. William Afton isn't some mad scientist obsessed with immortality. What makes him truly terrifying is that he's just a man in a suit, and his victims are children with no chance to fight back. This gives FNAF a sense of realism even though it's a ghost story because the main and ONLY villain is just a twisted person who could exist in real life.
@zeyis4747
@zeyis4747 7 ай бұрын
Agreed. When I thought of William back then, I thought of serial killers and how they killed their victims. Eating them, torturing them, cutting off their body parts, child killer, ETC. William literally luring children inside of a backroom to kill children then brutally doing insane acts just felt like a real serial Killer to me. None of this virus bs but I still respect it to an extent.

its interesting how the animatronics just do not want to hurt edward and don't mind his presence on the building until william enters. and the weird sounds playing while hes being chased, may be the cries of the children who can't do anything but just watch edward be chased by william. there's also knocking in the scene where hes trying to open the door now that i realize. edit: i also realized that in the scene where bonnie is talking and says "nobody heard our cries", that could back up the theory.

Honestly, it just keeps getting better and better. First of all, I do love these withered models. They're not too different from the originals, but they are still weathered enough to look damaged and have a unique flavor to them that gives them a creepy, eerie feeling. Second, it's so creepy when you realize that Bonnie wasn't there to hurt the guy but warned him. The "stay dead, stay dead" line is extremely creepy, and once you realize what's going on, this thing is foreshadowing an even more dangerous creature down the hallway. Finally, just the general scene and lighting are amazing. Good work, Battington, if you end up seeing this.

I love how in the end, the children recognises William Afton and that he's a danger about to take another life so they warn Edward to run. Even though there's nothing left of them but their soul inside an animatronic, they still find the courage to spot stranger danger and warn a trespasser about their same fate even if it was too late. It's heartbreaking though. I've seen many comments stating "stranger" is just the words of a child as if your parents warn you about stranger danger, that's the only word a toddler would know when encountering an unknown individual. Probably the one and only time the animatronics appeared as just children in there somewhere.

Although it’s possible William wasn’t accounting for Edwards corpse making the whole place smell bad, I don’t think that’s it. "We shed our hidden smiles a new fawn has come to play." -The animatronics were happy that Edward was present with them "Our cries were not heard, the fawn could not stay" -Despite their happiness, Edward couldn't stay and their warnings(cries) were not heard. "It didn't have a box to shelter him, no silver eyes to see through." -In my opinion the "box" and "silver eyes" is a metaphor for an animatronic suit, and there were no more vacant suits for Edward to be stuffed in ("shelter him")and possess. ("silver eyes to see through" prolly a reference to the Silver Eyes book) "Run little fawn, before all hope disappears. Run little fawn, the golden hare is here." -William Afton (golden hare)

Theory time: This is NOT part of the original missing children incident, but rather Battingtons take on the events that conspired in the FNAF 2 “Save Them” mini-game, and the often overlooked killings William Afton supposedly committed while at the new Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza during FNAF 2. We can Infer this by the following points: - Edward can’t be part of the original missing children incident. The animatronics are already possessed judging by the black and white footage of each of them twitching violently, along with Bonnie roaming through the building trying to warn Edward of the “Stranger”. - Another piece of evidence that Edward isn’t part of the MCI is that his body WAS found. The game lore states that the children of the MCI’s bodies were never located. - This murder takes place at Freddy Fazbear’s JR’s. This restaurant is likely the location where the Toy Animatronics were present. This video could be a continuation of the previous main entry in this series, “Motion Detected In Cam_4”, a video where Toy Bonnie panics about how someone (likely William Afton), found a way inside the building, and is hiding in the shadows. The original animatronics seen in this video were also broken and withered, definitely being out of commission in favor for their newer more advanced counterparts. - The Animatronics were clearly trying to warn Edward about William Afton. They were trying to keep him safe, but failed in the end. We’ve seen this happen in the “Save Them” mini-game, where you control the original Freddy and follow The Puppet around the new location in order to save new victims of The Purple Guy, only to arrive too late or be shut down by the killer himself. I hope this theory is true because the victims seen in the “Save Them” mini-game never got any proper closure in the actual games, and are constantly forgotten by the lore and most of the fandom. Maybe Battington can finally bring this event into relevance.

3:49 This scene genuinely creeps the hell put of me, great job Battington!! It's so unsettling how you can only see the silhouette of William just standing there, gives me chills every time.

We shed our hidden smiles A new fawn has come to play. Our cries were not heard. The fawn could not stay. No empty box to shelter him. No silver eyes to see through. Run little fawn. Before all hope disappears. Run little fawn. The golden hare is here.

Poor Bonnie and the sadness of him wanting to warn William's boy and not being able to do anything to help him is understandable. 😢

I love how battington leaves little but scary details in his videos so we can see them in other videos pointing them out.

5:15 This shit is actual nightmare fuel. It sort of reminds me of police sketches, which kinda makes sense canonically since they are used for missing persons cases too Edit: Literally just saw what comes after and it already topped this

It’s so unsettling just seeing Edward just run and do so much and William still catching him. I found it so unbelievable how battington can make something so unsettling and scary. ❤❤

Battington's VHS tapes have such an eerie feeling to them. The picture of Morris bleeding out with a pixelated face, and the distant picture of Springtrap staying just a little longer than anything else. Everything here just adds up to the greatest analogue horror ever. Keep doing what you're doing Battington.

At 4:06 William didn’t used any weapons or his knife but instead he’s hands and the suit to attack Edward, showing William that’s he’s not a professional killer anymore but an animal that attacks it’s helpless prey also the detail of the suit being old as one of the eyes is missed placed or not fixed is more scary.

This tape is genuinely the gold pot at the end of a rainbow. Seeing Springtrap mercilessly watching Edward clawing at the entrance really reflected how cold and calculated William Afton is in the right situations. Another thing I liked was how Fazbear Entertainment acknowledged Springtrap at the end, but didn't really state they were going to find it and destroy it, just leaving the public a 'stay safe' message. I guess there isn't anything that can be done, really, considering it could be anywhere.

"You know my kids used to always beg me to go to Freddy's, and i always meant to take them... it's just, uh... the owner of the place kind of gave me the creeps for some reason. I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but something about the guy just set off the alarms in my head... After he went missing i heard some awful rumors about him being involved in the Missing Persons Cases. A part of me doesn't want to believe that anyone could do something so heinous, especially to children... But then my mind always wanders back to the look on his face when he'd watched the kids during the performances.."
