There was no reward offered until the stepmother became the prime suspect! There is a cell phone organization among a group of men and they have set up the Sundance Apartments as it's headquarters. They are being allowed to run illegal auto businesses in our property. The women and girls are not allowed outside until after dark. AND now there is a fake ice cream truck coming into our property between 9:30 and 10 pm. The only children outside at that time of night are VULNERABLE AFGHANIE girls🤔 If another child suddenly just disappears l have recorded and reported this and our neighborhood watch are recording all the dealership cars with expired paper tags, no inspection stickers but suspiciously they all have SUNDANCE parking stickers 🤔 MOST DISTURBING IS THAT THIS ONE GROUP OF MEN DO NOT STAY AND SPEND TIME WITH THEIR WIVES AND CHILDREN. THEY DO NOT WORK JUST ROAM AROUND WITH THEIR CELL PHONES AND ORGANIZE ILLEGAL BUSINESSES IN SUNDANCE! THEY WERE CAUGHT RUNNING A MAIL BOX SCAM WHERE WELFARE PROGRAMS ARE BEING SCAMMED. Men that do not live in our property all have their own keys... TO OUR MAIL BOXES IN OUR HOMES. HOW DID THEY GET THOSE KEYS? WHO GAVE THEM TO THEM,? I EVEN CONFRONTED THE MAIL MAN ASKING, WHY ARE YOU PUTTING MAIL FOR FIVE Different FOREIGN MEN IN A BOX WHERE THE APARTMENT IS SHUT DOWN? THIS IS STATE AND FEDERAL FRAUD. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE OR RELIGION!!! WE AMERICAN'S ARE NOT SAFE HERE. NOTHING IS BEING ENFORCED! THE PRUE ROAD POLICE TELL US THIS IS, "A PRIVATE PROPERTY AND WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INTERFERE." 😣 The hostilities l feel are because the one particular group of men are being provided EVERYTHING THEY AND THEIR FAMILIES NEED BY OUR TAX DOLLARS. FEW WILL ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS QUALITY OF LIFE IS NOT BEING GIVEN TO OUR TROOPS THAT WENT OVER THERE AND LOST LIMBS, SUFFERED Catastrophic INJURIES AND LOST THEIR SANITY. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE WHEN VETERANS CANNOT GET MEDICAL CARE, THEIR PHYSICAL NEED FOR REHAB, DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, BASIC NEEDS LIKE SHELTER AND FOOD ARE NOT BEING PROVIDED FOR OUR TROOPS! THAT IS WHY THERE ARE ALL THESE COMMERCIALS FOR WOUNDED WARRIORS. WE HAVE A TRADITION HERE IN MILITARY CITY. (San Antonio). We invite soldiers the can't get home to be with their FAMILIES, LOVED ONES AND FRIENDS in our homes for holiday meal. IT IS TIME FOR THESE AFGHANIES TO PAY IT FORWARD?

As a parent of a 3 year old boy, I cannot imagine the pain that these parents are enduring. I cannot imagine how these parents could have the strength to move forward. I lost don’t think I’d have any strength in me to continue. Very sad!

The stepmother is the major suspect, the father produced the black and red dress, the bracelets and shoes and showed them on camera during a tv interview! WE WATCHED IN HORROR? THE WOMEN AND CHILDREN, THAT WERE ON THE PLAYGROUND AT THE TIME OF LINA'S DISAPPEARANCE SHOULD BE INTERVIEWED . Someone asked about the stepmother. It was reported during this investigation, on the Spanish channel 41, that Lina's biological mother and Grandmother was left behind in Afghanistan. Mention of the grandmother was made again when a picture surfaced of a little girl being rescued from a boat in a foreign country. The child was being held by a soldier of that country. The announcer mentioned her grandmother was on her way to that country to identify that child.

I appreciate KENS5 for doing this video and for their continued coverage of this case. Keep up the good work. I will say, however, that we've learned nothing new about this case. Not the fault of KENS5. The San Antonio PD obviously knows more than they're letting on. They're holding their cards close to their vest and revealing nothing. I think I can understand why they would be doing this, but it's frustrating all the same.

I live a block away from where this happened. Every time I drive by there I think about that little girl. When this first happened it was so eerie in this area, few to no kids outside anymore and I just kept hoping she’d be found or that I’d even spot her and help get her home. I was very certain she’d be found and it’s just heartbreaking to realize a person, a baby, just vanished from this neighborhood without any trace at all. This is a fairly decent area too, there’s some crime in the Medical Center but nothing like kidnappings. I think someone took her across the border.

Lina's step mother and father NEVER CAME SEARCHING OR CALLING FOR HER DURING THE THREE MONTHS SHE Stayed FOR HOURS IN OUR PROPERTY EVERY DAY. AND SHE WAS ABOUT 6 YEARS OLD. SHE NEVER CRIED FOR😮 HER FAMILY AND NEVER CRIED TO GO HOME... FOR HOURS DAILY FOR 3 MONTHS. How does someone disappear in the middle of America in this day and age of surveillance camera's in almost every corner or people with mobile phones taking videos of incidents rather than intervening. Is this a blunder by the investigative bodies of the area? At this point even if the parent's were involved in the 'kidnapping' they would have been discovered through investigation. This area was nearly completely gated area. What does the officer mean here 6:26?

Personally in my opinion I think the mom or dad had something to do with her disappearance who knows they may have sent her back to Afghanistan idk but the parents know something I mean the police would of found her already we were over at those apt complex this summer for a birthday party it was odd I'm sitting there watching these ppl the ones from Afghanistan the women were in the far corner the men were walking around the children were playing I seen the dad looked like him all of sudden there was a whistle and all the men scattered the children kept playing and the women never looked around nothing I'm sitting there like wtf and our friend says yeah there weird they do that sometimes but someone knows something 🤔 its all to sketchy

Truth is the mom changed her story.....didn’t she say she went inside to get a drink but she was really inside for almost 20 mins?! Yup, I’ve been raised and grew up in islamic cultures family pride is a major thing muslim families’ worst nightmare is their daughter turning out to be a “whore” thats why many of them choose to stay in those countries. They feel like bringing their young easily influenced girls will grow into a slutty shameful culture. It sounds crazy buy thats exactly how they think. I don’t think she’s dead but she was most likely sent back to Afghanistan to get raised in a more “appropriate” culture with her grandparents or uncles and to be brought back here once she’s an adult

Obviously you don’t know anything about Afghan culture. The men and women always socialize separately. If the men decide to go somewhere none of the women are following and joining them, that would be a big no no. Afghans do not hover over their children, even in Afghanistan with all the possible dangers, people let their kids to go outside and play together unsupervised. No one bothered kids though everyone on the block knows which kids belong to so and so, nobody is interfering unless they do something really bad. The kids are often outside a long time while the adults are busy doing housework or socializing. Small kids in the cities are even going and collecting bottles and cans in the gutter to bring to recycling to sell. It doesn’t mean they don’t love their kids, they love them a lot, they just do things different and really they probably thought they didn’t have to worry at all in the US. Also FBI is involved if anyone took her out of the country to get to Afghanistan they would know. Passports, biometrics, facial recognition, she would have shown up you had to fly though Turkey, Dubai, Qatar all advanced international airports to get to Afghanistan. No, I think someone outside the community took her, Afghans are very close knit they gossip lots, no one could hide a kid for long.

@@4RealTalk1989 what do I know? Oh, I went to Afghanistan twice, I have family there and my husband is Afghan. Bacha Bazi though something that is unique to the culture there it is not an “acceptable” activity, it’s seen as something low class and dirty by regular people. That’s why “dancing boys” are outcasts in society as tragic as that is because most are forced into it but anyway it’s about as acceptable as prostitution. Most locals wouldn’t have minded at all if someone had interfered because it’s mostly perpetrated by people who were in positions of authority. It is however, strictly limited to boys/young men and only men partaking in it. To take a girl is a very big deal, you have no idea. The Afghan community is very close in Texas and nobody lives alone, it would be difficult to hide it. It’s more likely someone local or a human trafficker that took advantage of a situation and grabbed her when she wandered away or no one paying attention just like so many other children in this country have been taken.

I can say I live in San Antonio and my daughter was involved in a home invasion a year ago she was the victim. I called the detective on his personal cell and office and months would go by no call back nothing. Text no response. I called the anniversary of a year that was June of 23 and im still waiting on a call back.

I find it odd that a 3yo is 4 feet tall. Also, here teeth in the pictures look different. There are also no family pictures shown. Just Lina is alone and seems to be posing, except the pics showing Lina with her father - those look photoshopped. Also, the family set up a GoFundMe account not long after.

Her parents may not have had accurate records from Afghanistan, where she was born. To me, she does look older. There probably are pictures of the entire family together, but they may have chosen not to share them with the public. Lina's mother avoids cameras and interviews, which I understand is part of their Afghani culture.
