The idea of meeting up with a girl on tinder and seemingly hitting it off, only to then meet her creepy decrepit boyfriend and end up being murdered by the both of them is a literal nightmare. My heart aches for Sydney and her family. She just wanted to find love and she deserved so much better :c The fact that Aubrey's attorney is trying to say Sydney willingly had sex with that neanderthal and got off on being choked is just victimizing her all over again. If she wanted to be with a man she would have been trying to date men on tinder, not women.

not only dose it sound like she had no interest in finding a man but if her standards in men were that low, i doubt she would have wasted time looking on tinder. @jessicataylor71743 жыл бұрын
Yep I wouldn't be surprised if it was deliberate! Not only does it make it much harder to appeal or demand retrial on grounds of poor representation, the lawyer also knows the jury has heard everything. It made us repulsed and we've heard only a few vague details compared to the jury who heard every detail, saw every picture etc...they will have found those words even more repulsive. Defense lawyers are required legally and ethically to do the best defense to cause reasonable doubt! People always hate lawyers till you need one, then you want one who does what it takes- if you’re innocent you sure want your lawyer to be a heartless machine! Many innocent people are arrested and charged with crimes, imagine a world where the mob justice just decided you’re guilty, so it has to be even- guilty or innocent the lawyer has the same ethical duty- in fact if a lawyer sabotages a case cause they don’t believe the defendant , one the lawyer is dis-barred, and second the verdict will get thrown out for inadequate defense- so if a lawyer does a sh$tty job the defendant will get an automatic appeal!

The people who obsess over sin the most, often tend to be some of the worst offenders. They’ll stick their nose up in the air, spending a huge chunk of their lives bashing homosexuality (the cherry picked “sin” of choice for hypocritical Christians) - while simultaneously they’ll promote habitual liars like Trump and often lie in defense of him. With no self awareness of the irony that homosexuality isn’t among their Ten Commandments, but lying is. If they spent half us much time picking out the log in their own eye as they do clawing at the splinter in other peoples eye, this world would be so much better.

Do you think jails willingly let inmates use wheelchairs for no reason? Heck no! Look up how frequently inmates die completely needless deaths due to medical emergencies that would've been survivable, had the jailers cared enough to send them to a hospital before their heart stopped. If someone on trial is in a wheelchair while they're in jail, you can bet it's because they actually need it. Jail/prison is extremely hard on the human body, especially those with pre-existing conditions or advanced age. It's constant stress, day in, day out.
