I think this is a really well made fan video, with both live performances just 6 years apart - Queen 1986 and Bowie 1992 - both at Wembley - and it really does look like they are on stage together. Just a shame they didn't ever perform it live on stage together. Live Aid 1985 would have been an ideal opportunity!

You are correct. They never performed together live "Under Pressure". In hindsight, they COULD have arranged to do the song while at Live Aid in 1985, as Bowie immediately followed Queen in the play list. But Queen was a late addition to Live Aid and they had already worked out a precise song list to play in their 20 minutes allocated, all songs shortened, to maximise the number of songs they could present. Bowie, of course would probably have welcomed the collab but neither had a chance to include together. Cheers.

I like what I read about these two. Being 57, I'm always looking to learn new things. "Freddie Mercury of Queen and David Bowie were friendly but rivalrous, with a friendship dating back to 1972. They were both strong-willed, forceful, and competitive. David Bowie and Freddie Mercury had a fascinating relationship that evolved over the years. They first met in the late 1960s when Freddie was working at a second-hand clothing stall in London’s Kensington Market, where Bowie was a customer. Their paths crossed again when Bowie performed at Ealing Art College, where Freddie was a student. Despite some musical disagreements during the recording process, they managed to create a timeless hit. Their friendship continued until Freddie’s death in 1991, with both artists expressing mutual respect and admiration for each other."

Some fun facts about this song; John Deacon came up with the iconic bass line while they were in the studio, they went out to eat and when they came back he had forgotten it but Roger remembered it. It was Queen’s only actual collaboration ever, but they never performed it together, in the video montage both Freddie & David are performing with Brian, Roger & John but at 2 different concerts, with Freddie at Wembley 1986 and then David joined them for the tribute concert in 1992 to honor Freddie after he died, they never got to perform it all together. Vanilla Ice actually stole this bass line claiming to have come up with it but Queen took it to court and won and now they get royalties from the song Under Pressure live at Wembley 1986 is a must watch performance from Queen, even though it’s without David they are insanely good, Roger does his parts and sings it along with Freddie right after he does an incredible vocal warm up with the crowd, it’s be great if you guys could react to it! As always such a great video ❤
