What a lovely fella hodgy is ,I remember him well from my time at darlo very fondly and it is true that George did come to each member of staff and asked us how much the club owed us,mine was 3 months pay. I just wish that hodgy had stayed because my son signed for darlo on a pro contract just after he left and I know he would have excelled under hodgy.

He did not say they played Liverpool in November. Darlington did draw Liverpool in the third round, which would have been played in the Jan. The first game against Rochdale was on the 2nd of Dec. I remember him playing. I watched him. He wasn't very good at all. I was just adding some first hand context to this idea that he was somehow hard done to. Seemed to be making a load of excuses I.e. no physio, needed an arms round me, got an injury, could have been great. I'm very chill. He seems a nice fella, but the reality was he wasn't anywhere nesr good enough for us. No problem is disgrace in that. H3 should just say so.
