I felt your pain in the beginning of this video. I'm 51 years old and went out on my own at the beginning of the year. Spent the first few months with no calls. Now I'm consistently booking about 2 jobs a week and wasting a ton of time giving estimates. I had to go back to work for my old boss 3 days a week to pay the bills. It's been rough. Be careful with asking your viewers for reviews. Google looks for reviews in your service area and rewards you more for them. If you start getting a bunch of out of state reviews all at once you might get flagged for fake reviews. My sister with the same name as me gave me a review and then my friend 2 minutes later. All my reviews dissapeared until I made my sister erase hers and they came back. I got 11 5 star reviews now.
