I've posted several of my mock drafts on both of your all's pages. I can attest that if you don't take an OT right away, you are either going to reach later or only getting a developmental player or someone maybe better suited at guard. Same also seems to be true of CB and WR, you better have at least 1 before round 4 at the latest, if not round 3. So we want an OT, WR and CB all from early round, but that just isn't reality. We will be forced with a tough decision at Rd 5 or 11 or 23 or whatever... We take a WR and miss out on an OT or CB, or vise-vera.

My favorite mock draft i have seen is chargers trade with vikings for 11-23 then move from 11 to 8 and selecting rome at 8 and jc at 23

I like the CB from Clemson Nate Wiggins over Mitchel. I watched their tapes and Mitchel just seemed like a big fish in a little pond. Who was he asked to cover? Wiggins from the SEC was staring at some of the best WRs in the NCAA, including that LSU Pair.

LOL , the Director doesn't see anyone going to round two. Round one with have 10 OTs, 12 WRs, 8 DL, 2 OC, 5 QBs and 15 CBs all taken in 32 picks with no one ever sliding. Not to mention a few teams (Raiders) have a history of reaching and taking plyers projected as 6th rounders with the 1st rounder.

A little bird told me the Chargers have shown serious interest in a name not associated with the "big names". Braden Fiske DT from Florida St. Watch his tape and you can see how he would be a big Harbaugh guy (literally and figuratively). I've seen some mocks have the Chargers takin this man in round 1. I obviously don't know the players that well, but I would think he is more a round 3 player but would love to see him in powder blue.

If we end up with 11 and 23 i can’t help but fantasize about what an O line with Fuanga and JPJ would do to defenses. Someone might have to call the cops for assault. Or if we traded down twice to the mid teens and still got Latham or Mims plus another 2nd round pick and we could get a receiver and a CB in that round that would be nice.

Now that AZ has said they want THREE 1st round picks and a 3rd rounder to trade out of 4, we need to do the same and demand more as well. Vikings can have the 5th pick for the 11, the 23 and Jordan Addison. If not, no deal. Good luck getting a QB at 11. No one in their right mind is drafting a tackle in the first 11 picks when this is the deepest tackle draft ever lol. There will be plenty sitting there in rounds 2-5. You get an elite WR for Herbert with that 5th pick, period. Also, we now know who will be in attendance at the draft this year, it's only 14 guys and McCarthy aint one of them. That speaks volumes and tells me this has been all hype and McCarthy isnt going anywhere near the 5th pick or else he would be in attendance. Joe Alt won't be there either by the way....

I ask you, is the performance gap between a healthy Pipkins and a rookie RT that great that you’d kick Pipkins to the curb rather than pick a blue chip cornerback, a great WR (Bryan Thomas Jr.) or a generational TE @ 11? Come on, man! No RT at 11. The gap I mentioned above doesn’t justify a RT @ #11 when there’s a WR or CB that is critical to the team… more critical than replacing a healthy Pipkins is not a better net-net choice.
