@peterwilliamskelhorn6675 It is super difficult. I'm trying too but not diabetic just trying to be healthier and get back to the weight i was when i was younger. I have been eating better and being mindful of calories. So far I'm down 10 lbs. I just need to get into a better exercise routine.
