USD1000/month is equivalent to approx TZS2500K! Good lucky to the real estate industry, I know several houses at Kigamboni are unsold let alone being rented. Unless the paradigm has shifted, Tanzanians plan and build their own houses and over years, why? Lowly paid if civil servants, small to medium business owners, not credit worthy (no ID, no bank accounts, no credible physical address systems and probably no appropriate legal provision-I may be wrong-please educate me)

Wow! They look nice but am left with a few questions, The Service? I can see there is Water and Electricity but is there a Gas Supply and a broadband supply? for a house that costs this much I expect there to be more than just Electricity and water I Expect Gas and Internet to be Provided as well. 2. I haven't seen any Water reserve tanks and how is the issue with Standby Power, do they have generators au its solar? Am curious as to how the neighbourhood there is, sure there, it looks decent enough but how is the place along the way to get there? Also curious about how well the place can withstand flash floods that are almost everywhere over Dar kipindi hiki cha Mvua?
