I’d go with CoHo, personally. South Main in FTW is really cool. There’s an excellent Tiki bar not far from there called Tarantula Tiki Lounge-great drinks and cool atmosphere!

Are there separate studios or 1 bedrooms with the expandable rooms feature for the Minnesota apartment or is it only available in the co-living studio version? I plan on moving there for work but i don’t want to share a common area with strangers.
