Any rotation tips to not have lead hip and knee to move too forward which causes dipping

Do you tilt forward then hip bump or bump first and then tilt forward over the ball?

My swing is getting much more consistent and I end up in the proper golfer’s pose on the left side

Is the hip bump just left? It looks left and back at times.

I just absolutely cannot make a backswing without my left hip coming way in

Well, when you rotate during your backswing your left hip HAS to come back. But, if you loaded your right leg correctly, you should return back to where you started at impact.

When you say left hip coming in are you talking about a face-on view (and lateral slide toward the back leg), or are you talking about a downline view (with the hip moving toward the ball to target line)? Movement is a 3d movement for a person, and looking at it from certain angles in a 2d perspective (camera) can be misleading. Does you left knee move along with your hip? Do you feel pressure shift off your left foot? Can you do the disassociation drill Adam talked about in one of his recent videos (and Titleist Performance Institute talk about some times)? Do you have the center of your hips stacked above the center of your ankles (downline view) like Adam talked about?

@systemoptimizer3542 from a fave on view, left knee and hip both move toward trail side. I know adams knee moves a little but nothing like mine does. And it looks like his left hip never moves off the post. Mine does for sure.
