Um Chicago dogs do not come with relish, the hell are you talking about??? Not one Chicago dog that I have eaten has ever came with relish. Every Chicago dog I have had has: celery salt, peppers, tomatoes and a pickle. I've never been offered relish and it's most likely because relish is fuckin gross

The proper way to make a Chicago dog: - steamed Vienna Beef hot dog w/ celery salt! - Steamed S Rosen poppy seed hotdog bun - Topped with mustard, diced white onion, sliced tomato, sport peppers, kosher dill pickle and Vienna nuclear green Chicago style relish! Go White Sox!!!

YAASSSSS! @TheFishingForum is right -- cook the hotdog in water, steam or on the grill - nestle it in a S Rosen poppy seed bun, "drag it though the garden" a/k/a yellow mustard, Vienna relish, onion, 2 tomato wedges, 1 kosher dill spear, 2 sport peppers and then, top with celery salt. I don't even live in Chicago--we're a couple hours South--but what's in my pantry at all times: sport peppers and Vienna relish!

Sam- as a “Chicago guy,” I can endorse your Chicago dog…but, just 1 critical ingredient missing, the Celery salt. The salt has to be applied on the boiled dog, just as it’s placed in the bun. Overall, great effort and we all love your attention to the little details!

Sam. Follow up with fresh cut French Fries. Worked for several restaurants most were even national chains. French fries are by far the ultimate craftsmanship over any hot dog That you can put any topping on. Would love to hear your thoughts.. My son and I are a palled but it’s national advertising push for crinkle cut fries. They are freezer fries that require very little talent of any culinary ability to make.

Isn't weird how people sleep differently? I sleep on my side, my wife sleeps on her back and too many people are sleeping on The G.O.A.T (Sam The Cooking Guy) This channel is a real game changer.
