The children of the frontier - A Live-Action Sci-Fi Short Film with VFX Breakdown

Ciak Company presents "The children of the frontier", an indipendent sci-fi short film that takes place in a post apocaliptic future where the aliens rule the planet earth. The movie takes inspiration from great sci-fi movie directors such as: Neill Blomkamp, James Cameron, Ridley Scott, J.J. Abrams, Joss Whedon.
The film was on opportunity for our team to test some new visual effects for better future works. We use the following softwares:
