Gave my coworker the blue book around this time last year told him to keep it as long as he needed. He began flipping the pages pointing out some of the things he's heard me talk about even said "wow he went into alot of detail" handed the book back to me a few minutes later (it was like he was doing me a favor by feigning interest)😂. He's was complaining about back pain then and the last few months its been hip and back. I haven't said a word about ss to him since he have me the book back. He hasn't been to the gym once and hasn't touched a barbell now begging the doctors to see him so he can schedule surgey as the pain has become unbearable. 😢 i told him when i gave him the book that i had back pain since i was in high school all the way until i was 37 when i found ss.

I have a large amount of trouble understanding chiropractic solutions. I look at the human body as an engineer looks at a radio mast. The metal is much like a skeleton with wear points built in to the areas that have to move some.The guy wires are like muscle and tendons in the fact they allow movement and hold it upright. If the guy wire had a knot in it we would repair the knot not push the structure. If it was a knot in a muscle I would use a massage therapist to work it out and stretch it not move the part thats out of alignment. Parts of the body get worse when they dont get used (to much sitting around not enough bending etc.). Also if you expose either of them to the wrong elements they will have problems. Lift big weights to keep muscle and bone density up, stretch and eat better no processed food or as little as possible. The last thing is if I hurt I use a good deep massage therapist that knows stretching.

Chiropractic is complete snake oil. The only thing a chiropractic adjustment does is release gas pockets, the same as cracking your knuckles. Regular deep tissue massage in conjunction with resistance training absolutely does improve quality of life

in the absolute best case scenario chiropractors are just a worse version of physical therapists without the training and education
