The beauty of this concert lies in the fact that none of these songs sound like they were recorded in the studio which gives it a life of its own ...one of the best live concerts of theirs I have heard on audio. Long live S.K.

See the chains which bind the men Can you taste their lonely arrogance It's always too late And your face is so cold They struggled for this opulence See the suns which blind the men Burnt away so long before our time Now their warmth is forgotten and gone Pretty maids not far behind Who you trying to get in touch with I'm almost with you I can sense it wait for me I'm almost with you Is this the taste of victory I'm almost with you See the dust which fills your sleep Does it always feel this chill near the end I never dreamed we'd meet here once more This life reserved for a friend

there are some Post-Punk/New Wave elements...... but their style was based on that classic 80's Alternative Rock...... The Chameleons sounded quite similar, except they were the other way around(more Post-Punk and less Alt. Rock)

@@exedra I totally agree. Live he's a bit different than studio but I'd say a lot of performers do that. The first time I saw The Church in '88 I didn't recognize some of the songs until about half way thru. Studio wise stuff like "Life Speeds Up' or 'Hotel Womb' are exceptional IMHO. :)
