@jb872665 жыл бұрын
Roth was never half as good as Sam. Good front man, yes. But never half the singer. Van Halen was good with Roth. They were great with Sam. It wasn't just Sam. The group was better. All of them were unleashed when Roth was out. And honestly, Roth was great in his first two solo albums after VH. It was just time for them to grow apart and do what made them better. At the time it was lime having two van halen groups. I'm glad to have experienced all of it.

Sammy let me sit on stage at his concert once in Tucson and came over to make sure I was good in the middle of the concert. I was flattered. I am a quadriplegic in an electric wheelchair, paralyzed 36 years. :)

Mike and Sammy truly loved "Van Halen" the band. They show so much reverence. You can tell they are the 2 biggest fans, at heart.

I will always take Sammy over DLR because Sammy is a cool guy with a great set of pipes. DLR has neither.

@Sammy Hagar♪ I used to live in Richmond, Texas about 20 minutes from Houston. Now I’m in the navy and they have me in Georgia now. You and the band are easily the best in the business at what y’all do. Love you guys

Sammy. I beg you. I'm a professor from Brazil, I'm from your generation. I started hearing your voice when I was 10 years old. My dream is to meet you. Please, only you can fulfill this dream of mine. I would like to take my children to meet you. Today I see even more that you are a wonderful person and happy with life.! God keep you always like this....and this voice that He gave you! Hugs.
