I think you should do one for the men because, even if it doesn't reach them, the ladies will get an idea of how a classy man should conduct himself when he takes her out.

Tracy does fine work! That being said, notice a man's courtesy and consideration of others, particularly service staff and those who are not stationed above him. This is also an important safety indicator. Those who do not show proper regard to others are not to be trusted to show proper regard to you! He is on time, or calls if he is unavoidably detained. He helps with your coat, chair, etc., opens doors, opens and closes car doors. He walks on the street side of the sidewalk. He focuses on you, not, "girl watching,". I've seen videos for men, by men and they are well done. Obviously, gentlemen are not previous in their presumption of touching you, not, "grabby," or forward.

A first date kissed me lightly on the cheek once, when he said goodbye at my front door. Have to say it made a big impression on me. No awkward hug or a too-soon-kiss-on-the-lips. I thought it was just perfect. To me it conveyed his appreciation but also that he respected my boundaries.

It is sad but the gender gap is still very much alive: In most cases men still earn up to 20% more money than women, even in the same position. So as the more affluent one, he should feel an obligation to pay.

Also, my 17 yr old son has a girl in mind who he wants to ask out but was waiting to get a job so he could pay-he got the job a month ago and is going to ask her out. (He’s planning out the right kind of date right now) we suggested an activity and a meal such as bowling, mini golf or the rock climbing wall so they could have a fun and memorable time:) He is already a gentleman, at home & in public so girls should know they still exist:)

As a man who has been around the block a few times, I agree with everything you’ve said. There r two things I’d like to add that come more out of respect. 1. Show up early. Leave enough time to change a tire if need be. It’s says a lot about a person who is late. 2. If u finish your meal first, do not let the server or bus person remove your plate and do not order coffee. Believe me if u r a man, women will love this because u r being thoughtful not to rush them or worse yet they won’t feel comfortable finishing their meal. Thanks for letting me know I’ve been doing something right.

Absolutely agree with all of this. My husband and I met once before our first date and we took it slow. He was SUCH a gentleman. He set up a whole romantic day before kissing me the first time (one month after dating.) it was special and very rare in this culture, as far as physical activity goes. I actually get more compliments and positive responses rather than negative, from people when I tell this story.

Even if a "Classy Men" does not reach many of the fellas... I believe its important for women to know what to look for and expect from a gentleman who is husband/father material. I find in my practice many do not and marry then are dissatisfied early on or years into a marriage. Ball is both courts... if you want to marry a classy lady this is what you look for and if you want a classy gentleman this is what you look for. Great video and I applied all and then some 13 years ago and we are married 10 years.

Appreciate this video, a gentle reminder on the importance of making proper and classy first impressions - definitely monitor the amount of alcohol you drink and _no_ intimacy. I was married for 15 years and have been single for the last 9 years. I’ve dated here and there, but it is a very, very challenging dating market, to put it nicely. The last date I went on was in the summer of 2017 - the “gentleman” flirted openly with the female server. Needless to say, that was our last date haha. SPOT ON Tracy! Trying to date at 60 has it challenges. Unfortunately, mature men 60+ are so wounded by their past and frustrated with the dating scene that its hard to find a quality man that appreciates a woman of grace and maturity. Although I have put myself out there but rarely come across a true gentleman to date, I am proud to say that when I do and only after several conversations, I have never acted like an ill mannered desperate sleazy unkempt woman either but feel there are plenty of single women at my age that need to view this video and heed your advice. Tracy I love your videos ... this advice is so timely... Sometimes it seems that if a girl decides not to drink or engage in physical activity on the first date ...she is, automatically placed in the " boring" category...sadly.. Well I like standards and class so I rather stick to my values then try to Please someone else.but I hear stories from my male friends that validate .my beliefs and also the message you are sharing on this video...🔥🖒😙... which is extremely encouraging ... men do pay a lot of attention to this things ...

I am very intrigued by this topic of class. I have found that these videos are FANTASTIC, hardly any women really talks about it. It is hidden is debutante classes and only an elite group of people get access to such fantastic information. One thing I struggle with a lot (mostly because it is hard to discuss this without sounding vain)... but here we go ...when a follower of your work starts to achieve a certain level of success with your tips and advice, it is fair to say that you will get noticed.. and maybe not by people you want to notice you. How do classy women/people address unwanted advances, how do you correct a conversation suggesting a relationship you aren't interested in. I work in the automotive industry and I refuse to be unlady like - as many women have become just like the men where ever I work. I have noticed that in my life, being charming and refined has become a double edge sword scenario with unwanted advances. Do you have any advice on this? Thank you for all your advice!!

I love to see videos teaching classic etiquettes than being sexy or attractive on a first date because it is more important to know if you want to keep a guy❤️ thanks 😘 #classicisattractive

I so needed this video! I have been widowed since 1996 and had no idea what to do or not to do. Such anxiety over this.

Such a necessary video for women. Often I feel women, young and not so young, have never learned the finer points of being a classy lady. Thank you for tackling the subject. PS. As to the hot flash, I sympathize with you, just ride the wave Tracey, ride the wave.

I'm 38 and trying to date again but don't want to come off as too desperate or "easy" by what I wear, or think I'm lazy or dont care about my appearance if I'm in a shirt and jeans and not made up. I have a good idea about the balance now after this video 🙂

I absolutely 100% agree with not showing much skin, some girls think it is a sign of 'sexy-confidence' , but I am old-school, I think it can really make the wrong impression..it can make them look either trashy or super desperate for attention. Less is more!! Love your videos as always.
