If you haven't already, if you can afford $500 or so (with core exchange) you might want to think about changing out your stock front brake calipers (or all four) for stainless steel sleeved calipers. Best prices were always had at the Corvette Nationals. Not saying this just because you're racing, but because it's a vintage vette and these vehicles tend to sit more than they're driven and the factory calipers don't handle this down time very well, even in a heated garage. Your car will thank you.
