Obi-Wan tried his best, but he was no Qui-Gon Jinn. Obi-Wan was more like an older brother than a father figure, Anakin would never have gotten close to Sidious. You might be able to resist the order at times like Jesse might've towards the end there; but it was momentary like Rex's reaction in the beginning before the Chips completely took over. It would've been more appropriate if Rex had told Jesse that the Order was a Separatist trick meant to turn the clones on their commanding officers and weaken the Republic army so the Separatists could make a last ditch counter attack. He could've told Jesse that he was commiting treason against the Republic and Jedi by executing the order as Rex was technically the commanding officer there. I actually feel kind of bad for Dogma. He's absolutely wrong, of course, but he was raised to obey and idolize the Jedi. He's just a rookie trooper caught in one of the worst battles of the war, cut off from the rest of the army with their only commander actively trying to get them killed and he can't process that. He doesn't have the experience of Rex and Fives who have been around long enough to know that they have to think for themselves in situations like this, so he just defaults to following orders like a good soldier. Fives is my main man, but Dogma is a victim too. He trusted the Jedi, as was expected of him, and got screwed for it.

I'm thinking if jesse knew that fives knew about order 66 he would take his chip out but spoiler alert Rip jesse

Filoni was so close of doing that. Originally, there was supposed to be nine clones in Rebels and Jesse was one of them.

Idk if you take requests but can you please do the battle of Umbara the clone wars? It’s either Fives speech when he was in front a firing squad or Rex’s speech towards general Krell

Then Episode 3 wouldn't happen because the secret of the chip would have spreaded out throughout the Clones and Jedi rank anyway. Fives' existence itself is a threat to Palpatine's grand plan, and the fact that he barely even got a mention in Ep3 just basically means that his fate is sealed
