This guy is the GOAT of wrestling for bjj. I am 14 years old and training four to five times a week adult classes (wrestling, bjj gi, no gi bjj) Tomorrow I got wrestling practice in my academy, so Imma try this in training. Im really thankful for this channel.

Now what if u go for single leg takedown without holding hands for example making as if u are punching then holding the leg, does that mean I have to go down the knee to avoid gullitone choke

You should probably mention that this has only relevance in sport. In - let's say, other circumstances - at e.g. 00:01:58 you would have a knee planted right in your face.

When your leg is grabbed like that and there only like a foot away from your knee you can’t really knee them, even if you try your pretty much just lifting your leg up for them Also by your comment I would bet my entire bank account you’ve never trained a day in your life
