Two people on opposite sides of a massive building both being killed by falling chandeliers within a minute of each other, and the only clue you have to go on is that people remember briefly seeing a guy dressed in a fucking clown suit? The police could actually piece it together quite well. You have two bullet holes that can be used to find out the position of the shooter, a guard that was tranquilized with a tranqulizer dart, again allowing to find out the shooters approximate position, and the sniper rifle used to shoot the found bullets lies next to a stolen helicopter. And from the guy checking 47s ticket, the obvious deaths with dozens of witnesses and the also very obvious helicopter theft it is probably also possible to figure out that 47 was in and out of there in 1:27 :D
