YAAAY Another Diluc puller! I pulled mine on my first free 10 wishes you get at the start of the game. I had no clue how RARE and VALUABLE he was until my friend chewed me out on Discord. LOL I had just started, knew nothing about the characters beforehand, nothing. I pulled him and was like "hey, this is the guy my friend likes! I'll tell her!" Congrats! He's so goooood.

actually when u get a 5* in the event banner, the chance of it being diluc is 0.5*0.2=10%.. and in the standard banner its actually a 50/50 as well for a character or weapon.. so its also 0.5*0.2=10%.. so yeah. its the same!

He’s uhh serviceable and will do the job, but we have much better pyro dps charas like Hu Tao, Yoimiya, Lyney, or even Xiangling as your sub-dps. I think vars did a video on “why nobody uses Diluc” on his second channel, Vars II.
