The Clyde is alive

Back out to sea this week around the corner from where we live . The weather looked good enough to venture out to sea . Starting at low tide is never easy so we decided to paddle and explore . Spinning and dropshoting turned great on the day .We even had a cast from the shore . Yep , a fish from the shore ...enjoy

Definitely Ronnie . We do have some good techniques to share and also how to tune and match a good set up . Don't have to be super expensive ..

Hi Nico, you fairy smashed the Coalfish on Monday. That Rab’s Eel proved very effective. Hope Tam gets a new stove soon……well Christmas is coming. Keep up the good work

The coalfish were taking everything even the crayfish . Rab's eel is a winner , I tie it on straight to braid now , no more messing about . Folks have donated for a new cooker we could have that before Christmas . hopefully . thanks for the visit Ian . Good day's fishing buddy .

those fish are excellent to eat . unfortunately this area is trolled to depth . this use to be one of the best fishing back in the 1980 in the uk . not anymore
