Wow, very interesting series! Seems to me like a big risk, beeing so dependent on the cameras, so I would find it interesting so see what is done to bulletproof test your electonic equipment like the cameras.

sctobi1111 the cameras are made by FLIR, and they have night vision for better visual safety at night, and have been attached to combat helicopters for years.

It's all well, innovative, highly impressive...and one step away from thinking the boat would be better off without anyone in it. Thomson staring at screens in the boat or in a remote office...what's the difference? The winching? Virtual sports for a virtual world. Never came closer. Don't be surprised to lose your audience on the way to "total innovation" 😉

@@jby257 Yup. With double or triple layers, if the outer gets goopy with resin, it's easy to peel it off to get back to dry gloves.
