Coffee ribs are the only way my kids will eat ribs. Our recipe is a family recipe that came from my aunt. I have no idea where it came from before that (we're in Canada so who knows) It's similar to this, but not quite the same (ketchup instead of BBQ sauce and a few other differences) I'll definitely have to try this.

Made these and they are insaaanely delicious. Ribs were tender and sauce was sticky and sweet 🤤 Def recommend and will make again! Ty, Marion!

I love all of your videos because of the WAY you describe all the ingredients and flavors of the foods, the words you use for everything is so incredible to my ears. I've started trying to think of food the way you describe it and I feel like I appreciate it so much more. ❤️

This looks amazing! Both the marinade and the sauce. I don’t even like the taste of coffee that much - more the smell - but I have an air fryer and have really wanted something to try in it, other than fried and roasted veg. Trying these tonight. And if you could do a 3 recipe episode for the air fryer, that would be terrific - as it’s so much more versatile for ‘proper cooking’ than I realised. I had just thought it was a one-trick pony when I bought one for my mum.

Don’t you think how much coffee you need to put in. Because you don’t want to put too much, and you want the meat came out freely from the ribs. That’s the proper way to prepare the ribs. The taste should be kind of sweet, spicy and juicy. Not too dry.
@Hope-uk6zw2 жыл бұрын
Beautiful. Did you say fry? Really you fry ribs? Do you have a video of that? What kind of instant coffee do you use. I grind my own so don't use it.

I think I we will use that sauce with my slow cooking method on ribs. I cook ribs with salt and pepper low and slow in the oven for 3 1/2 hours. I loooooove fall off the bone ribs. But at the end, I drown in a sauce and broil the sh!t out of it!
