Pro Tip: Keep in mind that this blade is AUS 10a, which Mathematical Research Scholars have calculated to be approximately 25% more AUS than AUS 8, which gives you (obviously) the maximum street-legal amount of SurpriseMotherFuckerness by cubic volume.

@@theblishknovk Yeah, it's kind of "what was first ? The egg or the chicken " thing ... Actually, it seems that Khukri was inspired ,in some extent, from greek kopis ... (I've read it on a nepalese site, is not invented by me...) Now, it would make sense - since Alexander the Great managed to reach India at some point ...and probably some of his soldiers choose to settle there ...

I once broke a Rajah-2 on an old messed up scrap wood/leather chair. I chopped the arm of it with the inside curve and the notch that allows the blade to be locked open with the locking bar, broke off into a small chunk, making the blade non locking and basically not very functional. It had held up fine until the old cursed scrap chair, and was fairly surprising to have it break. damn voodoo chair

The design is the result of some ouzo and a picture of a greek kopis on someone's laptop. It allows you to grab your nearest pair(why if there's just one?) of leather under/outerwear, some mead, and kick the next door to door salesman down your front steps. You also forgot to mention the finger-guillotine feature. Because the blade slams home into the handle so vigorously, it tends to act as a wonderful digit subtractor. Sure, it mostly happens to the fingers of the person trying to close it one-handed....but I assume it's a tactical feature to deal with those pesky trojans. On second thought, related to the trojan observation, maybe it's not meant as a FINGER guillotine... hmmm....

lol, funny about that backlock, the first pocket knife i ever had my dad gave me was a smaller version of the buck 110 with a 2 1/2" blade but the lockback was so strong on it i had to use two hands and all my strength to close it, i think i was about 10 or 11 then, i have pretty much carried a knife ever since then.

It's blade form is not from the kukri of Nepal, but from the kopis sword used by the spartans and other greek warriors (handle is like those swords uses as well) - hence the name.

I dropped that knife in my fish tank once and my seahorse tried to mate with the handle.

Ok, just some thoughts, regarding art. To get the most out of art, say, you don't shred it, with your Spartan. For example, lets say you are reading the Illiad. You don't shred it, you read it while holding your Spartan. However, be sure to put your copy of the illiad down and use both hands when you are closing your Spartan.
