Monika's dress is probably one of the best ones, it isnt over the top and it isnt flashy (sorry not sorry spain) but it has that little bit of uniqueness that makes it beautiful. And why did most, if not all the men wear suits?

the dress from S10 wasnt over the top but it was weirdly designed but was in a literal way over the top. i have no idea about the suits although many did wear one on stage
