Nice Karl. Love the lever action. Coyotes won't be running far hit with that.

Thanks buddy. I can’t wait to try it out on a coyote hunt

Cool scope Karl! The 30-30 isn't considered a very sexy caliber but I've been hunting with a 30-30 bolt action since I was 14. I've take many deer with it. It would put a nice hole in a coyote also. Have a great week and shoot straight. Todd from da U.P.

I really enjoy using a 30-30 too. My dad started me out using one, so I really have a soft spot towards them.😂 it really would make quick work of things… have an awesome week brother

I love that idea. It would be great to do a video with a little bit of snow cover at night.

Nice I have seen that scope and was curious about it

It’s super easy to learn how to use although I do have to admit the instructions aren’t the greatest. It should be fun using it.

Very interesting Karl! I've been thinking of a scope with recording options to get that tough kill shot on video. May have to check out! Thanks for the video bud! Have a great week!
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
Thank you, Mark! You know how hard it is to try to get everything captured on camera. This would be a great tool to help out people who want to record their hunt. If you do decide to get something like this, give me a call first. I’ll see if I can pull some strings for you.

That’s a really cool scope.

Let me know if you ever have problems with predators hitting your chickens. It would be a good excuse for us to get together. Have an awesome week Orlando.

Well guess what. I have a fox that’s taking them out. Took a shot at it this morning but I missed. He comes around like at 5:30am and 6:50pm. Really thinking about getting that scope right about now. Unless you want to come over and try it out.

That's a cool scope .. does it record and store data internally, or do you have to pair it with another device to record?
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
Thanks Jason! It records internally on an SD card. It’s super easy to download the info. It also has several different options as far as recording quality goes. Thanks for watching.

Hi Lena here from Kalkal. We have been working on high-quality boots for years and boots made from environment-friendly material are our priority. We are going to release an upgraded hunting boots. We think the waterproof & anti-slip boot will be a great helper for when you work outdoors.are you interested in testing boots? Thank you😊
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
Possibly. I would have to look at what type of product you have first.

It sucks that timber wolves are on the endangered species list i saw a news link yesterday that they just passed amd approved a bill to not have does harcested for 4 years to help repopulate the deer herd
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
I agree with you. It’s absolutely crazy that the DNR does not want to do their job and help properly manage a species. They could really be useful in helping us sportsman back on a management program.

@@karlsoffthegrid1378 now we have all these antlerless doe hunts youth hunt they didnt have any of that when we were growing up and back then Wisconsin had a good deer herd
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
@@scottmueller2871 you’re right on. Any deer that are remaining seem to be turning nocturnal and they are almost impossible to hunt. There’s way too much pressure with way too many predators.

Hate to burst your bubble Carl but there is no such thing as a brush gun! Any rifle bullet that hits even a small twig either deflect or disintegrate.
@karlsoffthegrid13787 ай бұрын
I hear ya. Typically old farts like me referred to a 30-30 as a brush gun because they’re short and easy to get through brushy areas. The old bullnose rounds tend to shoot through the brush better then the newer ballistic rounds. Obviously heavy brush will deflect any bullet.

the complete scope is way too heavy. not carrying & walking with 5 lbs added to a heavy rifle. this a joke like the atn scope with so many deadweight added on.
@karlsoffthegrid13786 ай бұрын
It really is heavy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using it if you’re going to do a lot of walking around.

@@karlsoffthegrid1378 my accuracy international atg's awm rifle is well over 20lbs (10+kg) a dolly is needed for me to carry the rifle around. my uncle's (col of sas) men hated carrying this out in the field very few reviewers can't shoot standing or sitting. so many companies can't come up with a rifle under 4 lbs.
