Yes moon influences the period cycles it seems. I have read When a woman’s period are irregular she is advised to get exposure to moon light and her periods will slowly fall back into the cycle. I tried this out and it seems to be working 😅

You don’t even need tech to track your period, after a while it starts becoming consistent (as long as you don’t take meds that stop or start it) so you just KNOW when it’s coming
