"I have to be ok with not having what everyone else has." "This is not about us; there is a bigger story going on." Great points, ladies!

Not me crying through the whole episode because comparison is something I struggle so much with, especially as a creative. This was so good. Ella with the 🔥🔥🔥

Comparison can rob us of so much joy and love God has to share with us, I struggle with this myself and pray over myself to overcome such struggles along with engaging in the word more when I feel myself comparing.

I think this is something that gets easier as you mature. You come to the understanding that what others have or are doing doesn’t really matter in your life. And you are more comfortable in your life and your own circumstances. 💜
@sunithagirish21395 ай бұрын
Yes absolutely right about spiritual maturity but if not, Unfortunately this can affect people of any age. We may not recognize the symptoms but the fruit of our emotions can be seen by others. Ministry time helps to bring it all to God for analysis and healing.

I am 61 years old and the enemy continues to whisper these lies in my ear every single day! While I KNOW that comparison is the thief of joy, I am not immune to the attacks that come. I have to daily remind myself that God has gifted us all in different ways and the purpose He has given me is different from the purpose He has given to others. I think the closer we draw to Christ, the more fiercely the enemy attacks.

A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD IS SO VERY IMPORTANT, WHAT HE HAS FOR YOU IS FOR YOU, JEALOUSY, ENVY, COVETOUSNESS AND GOSSIP, WORSHIPING IDOLS ARE SINFUL, AND IT SEPARATES YOU FROM YOUR TRUE BLESSINGS FROM GOD, TOGETHER WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL. THERE HAS TO BE MORE PRAYERS AND UNITY IN THE CHURCH GOD. AWESOME PODCAST, ALLISON, TIFFANY AND ELLA. MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL ALWAYS IN JESUS HOLY NAME I PRAY AMEN.🙂🙏🏿✝️❤PSALMS 91

Keep following God's will for your life. Sherry is right. The more mature you become and the more your faith grows, the less you look to see what others are doing. Rejoice in your calling and grow that faith.❤ Supporting you daily in prayer.

This is really good. Unity of the body is so important for kingdom building. Let’s celebrate how much God loves us and uses us in His work. Whatever God gives us if it’s cleaning bathrooms or speaking in front of thousands, we are being used by the King. How incredible is that. Creator God wants me to unite with others for His work. I love Him.

Comparison also is like idolatry of other people and feeding into their ego. Social media is a breeding ground for it.
@rightisright9125 ай бұрын
This is so important and powerful for all of us, but particularly for our young women, daughters and sisters in our lives, because for some reason, girls seem to suffer more from the pitfall of comparison. Put on your spiritual blinders, keep your eyes forward, fixing your eyes on God. The blinders keep us from looking to the left or right, and comparing ourselves to others. Comparing trips us up, slows us down and keeps us from seeing God's gifts and plans for us.

Great message girls! You see the comparison and downright black hearted jealousy on social media so much. People getting jealous of someone else's husband or wife, their house, their car, their career or job and their life. It happens in real life on a more personal basis too. This message really drives home the reality that not everyone will be blessed equally. That's God's doing, not man's decisions. If you have more than your neighbor, you are not to parade it in front of them nor are they to civet what you have. That is a very big problem in today's society. Thank you for bringing Scripture to back up these stances. May God richly bless this ministry to do more and reach even ever farther. May He weed out and destroy any hindrance that comes between or against what He aims to do with this ministry. God bless y'all!

Some of your podcasts and things you do has made me jealous of the goodness of God in your life that has pushed me towards holiness. And helped me to have grace for my insecurities, of wanting more from God And I'm always looking for more seeking God. But it's like I've seen truth lived out in these areas. Where I've desired what the world can give. But it can't. And I've experienced so much of Gods goodness but just seeing you Allie and your family living for God so more fully, is so beautiful and it's such a light to me. And it's a light that's says there's more. More then today's more .. And this morsel of tomorrow's more is .... Something that's so much greater then the pursuits without Jesus. When you taste the goodness of God what actually can compare ? Suddenly you size up your priorities and goals. And what I'm saying is your channel off and on has been a big part of that so thank you. Thank you for being authentically you. ❤ I Am so greatful for your channel and community and this space, where you speak both truth and come with curiosities. And boldness. Don't ever doubt yourself. Love a sister in Christ! ❤️❤️

Very good podcast ,God'sove is so un abias towards his children his love for us,is so unconditional he will forgive us, no matter what, so long as we take responsible for our actions and confess to him in the event we fall . God will never forsake us nor be ashamed of us.We need to hold to God in the good times and even more in the bad days Keep God as the foundation at all times. God Bless you both..❤🙏

My suggestion is you stick with talking to jwlkrs and those who are in your youth and church group rather than other creators so there's consistency as you all learn from the same leaders. Occasionally you invite people like Ari Lamm who study a certain area for greater understanding of a topic. Blessings ❤
