Vouch for those grips, seriously helpful with making my grip the same every time I pick up my mouse . Especially good for beginners to m&k imo but also helps intermediate players with consistency. (Been trying them for about 60 days now )

Another banger Out of curiousity though, have you considered doing a video experimenting with or looking into gyro aim (motion controls) on controllers? It's a raw input that uses the gyroscope sensors in the controllers to mimic mouse movement. I'd be interested to see your thoughts on it

Hey Struth, I've been following your channel for a while now, and I love the videos! I would like to hear your take on monitor coefficient. I have seen almost all of your videos explaining aiming techniques and finding your sensitivity, but I don't think I've ever heard you diving into the correlation between Hipfire and ADS sens, and how it affects muscle memory. Definitely a video I would watch!

It's a very good explanation of the effect and thoughts behind, with good showcases like on paint and with the crosshair movement stuff. Caps down on that. I just wanted to add that for people that aren't much in aim theory, they won't really get the benefit/remember that much amount of informations. Sometimes it's best to practice and understand later (if i can say so). You have a very good way to train flicking in a scenario where you could build yourself in the same process, plus it's with the apex core mechanics so it's a win-win for many :D it's done with the Flowstate aim trainer (if it still got that name). It'll require some time to understand/install everything properly but when done, you can hop on and use the Flicking scenario and add bots at 45, 90, 180 degrees around you, static or not, and start yoru journey from there. Plus it's building muscle memory for those instinct flicks that makes the best "aimbot" videos you can find 🤗

While it may just be preference, I found that my aim is "calmer" or more "smooth" when my monitor is further from me (one arm's distance roughly), than when its like closer (around 7-8 in from nose) to my face, but I feel like my aim pretty much the same. Wonder if you ever have any thoughts?

At the highest level of flicking I would say that the higher the sens that you're able to control the better your flick. With higher sens, you will have even less travel time to the target and compensate for input lag and reaction time. Using glass pads will be even better at the highest level of flicking but it will require a lot of stopping power from your own hand instead of the surface. However if you can control the speed and keep the precision, that will be the highest level of flicking. Note that this is an advice for people who are consistently in the top 100 in a lot of flicking/reflex click scenes on Kovaaks with atleast 10k+ entries.

The MS Paint part remind me of a drawing exercise where you draw a series of parallel dots and then draw a straight line joining each of the dots to improve your line drawing accuracy. One important tip for drawing lines accurately is to look at the point you are drawing to, not the line you are drawing. I don’t know how much help this would be in gaming terms.

ayo can anyone possibly chime in with some advice for me? i really need it right about now in my aiming career. i currently play all games at a cm360 of 0.7621 which i know is gonna sound absurd to all of you aimers, but it really has worked for me, i sit at around a 96% accuracy rating. But im at a point in my life where playing shooters competitively at such a high sensitivity has caused me to have serious RSI, and also i do believe that i am maybe lacking some of the finer points of aim movement. Basically the advice im looking for, beyond any advice at all, do you think it is worth it for me to essentially completely relearn aiming at a low dpi/sensitivity, get a bigger mousepad, all that, in order to progress? or should i just keep practicing with what im comfortable with? is there any professional aimer that plays like me that i could maybe look into in order to better understand my own faults? or if you maybe have a tip that im not even thinking of, id love to hear it, thanks in advance :)

*crosshair placement enters the room* just sharing my non-aimpro-thoughts: 11:03 idk id say its easy: never flick if you dont have to ^^ if you can pre aim or track its way more efficient, thats the best tip about flicking imo. usually you only need to flick when target switching while out of position. so usually players benefit more from focusing on improving general crosshair placement, cover play and positioning than flicking^^ but ofc this is an "aiming content channel" where aiming and movement are being separated... a mistake in movement fps imo. rebounds... 😬a sign of a too heavy mouse, leads to way too much unnecessary tension and movement - id guess in competitive gaming theres an insanely small amount of situations where this could be ever useful (high recoil revolver covering the target after the shot ofc is one of them tho).
