Thanks so much for this! Playing a more defensive variant now and loving it. I ditched 3 dragons for an ES hat, went Eva/Es with grim feast, ghost shrouds, and wind dancer (had to ditch HoF and Overwhelming Presence though), and threw on Howa, cold/lightning rings, and a shitty ingenuity, plus a bunch of freeze buildup and chance to shock, to make up for the fact that the extra fire dmg from heat isn't shocking anymore. It was a pain to get enough shock chance, but the upshot is that I'm not as reliant on heat for clear anymore. Anointed Spreading Shocks and then put Shock Siphon on HoI for some more defensive utility in rippy breaches. It's going well so far! And with Howa and Ingen, I think it'll scale pretty well. Once I sort out my mana problems (I'm chugging flasks like nobody's business atm lol), I'm planning on swapping Connected Chemistry ascendancy to one of the ele concoctions, so I can apply exposure to bosses. tree if you're curious: maxroll.gg/poe2/pob/co4uf0zj

How about ADS sensitivity?

For those who want to try this build, I came up with a solution for the squishiness. I realy love this build and I think its really well done, BUT because of the heralds you need to invest quite a lot into every stat which results in having lower evasion rating than optimal. So first of all i would reccomend dropping Acrobatics(you just simply wont have enought evasion for it to worth it) also I dropped Trickshot and Shrapnel too, it resulted in losing some dmg but with it i could take General's Binding and also switched my gear from evasion to armor and evasion with this I got more survability and a more comfortable playstyle. I want to point out that with this you will trade in some dmg for survability!

Hey struth, wanted to ask you about your choice in mousepads. I noticed you seem to really enjoy xray pads and you use their various pads in several of your videos. Is there a reason you dont prefer something like artisan over xray? I noticed that I really dig their aqua control+ myself. Was just curious to hear your input. Thanks.

Is there anything better to cast than Voltaic mark? I went a bit overboard with cast on shock as well as cast on freeze and put the opposite mark on each, clearing trash pretty good when i wear the dragon mask, trying to figure out if there's better spells to cast for those. Any thoughts?

Will it work for deadeye? Is it's 30% more movement speed compensating slow while using rapid fire? I find deadeye to have better passives in general for both dps and survi. For survi the class is in good spot to get lots of energy shield nodes + with proper gear it should work for either CI or acrobatics. How good is single target rapid fire damage compared to shockburst?

Can someone recommend some tracking practices that also allow me to move in the process?

Saw this and tore apart both of my characters to make a Frankenstein of the two to see if I could make this work for Stormweaver Sorc. So far the clear is good, and killing rares goes easily. I need to try and fight a boss next (I have them on difficulty 4 atm, so I'm a little worried). But we'll see how it goes! Tried this on the sorc cause of some interesting ascendancy nodes there that the spark users all use. Double shocks and 20% extra effectiveness of exposure. Plus, while I'm not taking advantage of the cast speed from arcane surge, it fixes that mana issue you were running into when getting levels for projectiles. If I end up getting it a little more optimized, I'll make a guide page and share a link for you. c:

People complaining about a 2x headshot multiplier haven't played against Kiriko spamming a choke a head height.

I made a tri-element tri-herald rapid shot pathfinder similar to your guide in two days. It needs work to get all of the resistances capped, running evasion and energy shield. Occasional one shots are a problem, and boss DPS is a problem. It's really hard to scale damage and survivability and rarity/magic find. Mapping is fine, it just needs better single target. I dump grenades into bosses or some tankier elites, pop a mana flask and keep the heat up. Still needs protection from one shots, resistances still need to be capped, and needs better single target damage, and more movement speed. This is my favorite skill and playstyle though. It's on par with my gemling shockburst. Maybe the chaos innoculation or the mana stacking methods could help the survivability. But I don't know how to further scale the single target damage, this will not finish the last ascendancy trials. Now that I have a HOWA, I'm working on re-gearing the Gemling with storm shot and shockburst.

I'm planning on trying this build but i'm also curious about making a rapid fire build for the gemling stat stacker with the insane amount of attack speed. Will do my tests on my stat stacker build then make a new character for rapid fire spec

Did you try using the Whipser of the Brotherhood Ring, which converts 100% of the cold damage to lightning damage? Would then work great with the voltaic mark. Another idea would be using the Kitokos Current Jeweled Gloves, where all lightning damage from hits contribute to electrocution (which is similiar to a stun), would help with surviability, when nothing is able to move

followed the guide through out doesn't even proc the herald of ice and thunder lmao this is stupid doesn't even match the maxrollsgg passives in the video.

Where's the abuse?

Howdy! I used this build guide all the way up to 82, but now I've hit a wall when it comes to beating bosses. I simply can't get enough DPS out before I run out of mana. I'm also struggling to keep stats high enough for all the requirements - I'm being pulled thin by all three stats. If you could do a deeper build guide to flesh out endgame theory, equipment, and skilling, I would greatly appreciate it!

Just be careful. This build can be awful against bosses and higher-tier maps/content in general. Amazing at slaughtering low-tier stuff but increased resistances/health/ailment of harder content knee-caps this build where it becomes very unreliable. A lot of the time mobs don't get frozen so they teleport on you often.

What exactly is proccing herald of thunder with rapid shot or what causes the shock? or is it the voltaic skills alone? I cant skill into the shock/lightning nodes on the tree at the moment so im curious if thats whats required for the herald of thunder to work.

And here i am thinking my grenadier merc is strong lmao.
