You made a couple of huge mistake, it was King Cold who originally conqured the saiyans not Freiza. Also Prince Vegeta's dad was King Vegeta the 3rd. So you forgot to acknowledge that there were two more kings before prince Vegeta's dad.

If they were to bring back the Saiyans they’d just continue spreading chaos till one of Goku’s friends gets killed.
