No misfortune can happen on earth or in your souls but it is recorded in a decree before We bring it into existence ( Quran 57 : 22 ) The Prophet P.B.U.H said WHATEVER BEFALL$ Y0U WAS NEVER GOING TO MISS YOU and whatever missed you was never going to come to you. ( Sunan Abu Dawood 47OO )

I am of the opinion that for Man to really understand Qadar, he must have forehand knowledge of the future which is impossible thus Man ought to simply accept Qadar and Allah's wisdom behind it because He is most wise and wait for afterlife for it to be answered personally by Allah.

Qadr is things we didn't have control while Fate is based on what we choose. Qadr is some sort of situation the outcome of that situation will decide our fate and will vary depend on how we do things. Ex: driving choice: 1. abide by the law, drive slowly and cautiously > low accident risk, law ticket risk, very likely to reach destination 2. casual riding joy ride while texting or chat with others > medium risk because lack concentrating, likely to get tickets maybe involved accident, probably reach destination 3. two step from grave, reckless driving speeding up > high risk, likely to crash, ticketed, stopped by police, likely to reach destination harmed. the outcome of Qadr driving will vary according to our free will ranging to safely arriving at the destination or getting tickets or accident, while accident also vary from light to fatal which entirely depend on our choice at the moment.

if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He ( Quran 6 :17-18 ) Nothing can change the Divine decree except dua”( Musnad Ahmad 5/677 ) if a calamity befalls a Muslim, the muslim must say Inna Lillaahi wa inna ilayhi raaji’oon ( Verily to Allah we belong and unto Him is our return )

Do the people think that they will be left alone to say, We believe and they will not be tested ❓ ( Quran 22 : 90 ) And we will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, ( Quran 2 : 155 )

The child is father (teacher ) of the man. One thing I could not understand in Islam is that we are taught that our destiny is already predetermined. Later on I realized that if our Creator did not know our future then He will not be All-knowing. This is a crucial attribute of the Creator. Then I got the answer from my little granddaughter when she was still a toddler. The first thing she used to do when she came to my house was to run to the staircase and climbed up the stairs and I had to follow her lest she fell down the stairs. So as an elderly person I knew her habits. Then I realized that the fact that I knew what she was going to do does not mean that I instigated her to go up the staircase. So my knowledge did not have anything with her actions which were motivated by her own volition. Then I realized that similarly the Creator's knowledge is not the motivator of our actions. He has given us freewill yet He knows what we will do since He is all knowing. Just as I could have have penned down what my little granddaughter would do before she actually does it similarly the Almighty could get our destiny written down before we actually live it. So my granddaughter taught me one of the most complex mystery of life.

I think (based on qur'an) as well as knowledge of how the world works, it seems that humans do not really have free will. We only have an illusion of free will. We are like a character in a video game.. the character thinks he/she is in control, but in reality the author has written everything and it will only work out in one way.

No one actually knows how it works, plain and simple. Whether you are a Muslim or atheist or whatever, you will never be able to prove one or the other, nor both. More-over, based on the Quran we do have free will, just no control over our destiny. Even then, it is a complex thing to get into and never will actually yield the answer from it.

Yes free will is an obvious illusion, you don't choose your genes and characteristics, heritage and even basic things like which food you want to eat, can be explained by how your genes are written (something you can't control). As you heard in this video, Adam said his destiny was written and made by Allah, he couldn't choose an alternative. That also applies onto us.

As a muslim scholar i believe that God, Allah is just and Allah never predestined , planned or masterminded any bad or evil. Humans do evil out of their own free will only. Allah just knows what everyone will do.

Jazak Allah Khayr sheikh. About the Khidir being prophet. You said that he was receiving commands from Allah, but wasn't Maryam receiving commands from allah too? I'm just curious about it, and I don't know if there are other reasons that suggest the Khidir to be a prophet. I'm also completely against the Sufi stance about the prophets and Walis. We all know that the prophets are the best of people.

So I'm just really confused on this. So let me start off by telling you who I am. I am a Presbyterian Christian (you would say I Commit shirk,) Now Allah has already Decided if I will continue this action. Now I do understand that Allah will not wrong anyone. But if I live by the teachings brought before me by Jesus, and during my time in the Grave if I say to them My God is Our Lord. Meaning my understanding of the trinity that Allah had decreed for me to recieve first. Will I receive the punishments?

PRINCIPLE 1 The following is the order of the process of destiny 1) God's Knowledge (of the eternal past and future) 2) God's Recording (writing of destiny in His Book). 3) God's Will (for the events to happen) 4) God's Creation He knew it, then He wrote it, then He Willed it, and then He Created it Creation and fashioning Predestination and guidance All events, actions within the universe are a creation of God. The actions of the creation are created. However, the actions of God are 'uncreated' (i.e. divine). PRINCIPLE 2 God's Will is of two types: 1) general universal Will (same meaning as Will). Does not necessarily mean it is liked by God. For example, the disobedience and rebellion of Satan was already known by God before God created His creation. Because of His knowledge of what Satan would do, He had decreed such fate for him. The fate of Satan which God had decreed is for lessons to be extracted from, for indeed there is no evil except that good comes out of it later on. 2) Legislative Will. This is what God loves and wants (i.e. prefers. want can be defined as Will or Preference. In this context it is Preference) legally to happen. Does not necessarily mean it will happen. For example, God loves for all people in earth to believe in Him. But it doesn't mean that it will definitely happen. PRINCIPLE 3 Actions of God: 1) Preference/Bounty. Everything destined of good. E.g. God has destined that his righteous slaves worship Him on earth, because He loves it and prefers it. 2) Justice. Everything destined of evil. Not attributed to Him. E.g. God has decreed wrongdoing and sins to be committed, even though He hates it, in order to show to His creatures lessons to be learnt and examples to be made. Had there been no evil in the world, the people would never know the value of good. The entire universe is alternating between His Bounty, and His Justice. PRINCIPLE 4 If you cannot grasp the wisdom regarding something, then remember He is not questioned with regards to His actions while they the people are questioned. PRINCIPLE 5 Actions of the slaves are created, and they are responsible and accountable for them. God created for His slaves the ability, Will, body parts and Intellect. All of the causes leading to doing the action are created, thus the action itself is created. However, the action is done by the doer. Had there been a creation whom God chose to serve as His Deputy and Right Hand (it is not Jesus), then temporarily delegated His Divine Power and Authority to His Deputy for a particular task, at that particular moment in time, any action God's Right Hand would perform would be 'uncreated' (Divine). This is because His Right Hand would be doing what God Himself would have done (i.e. His Deputy would be deputising Him). The Deputy of God would be the only created being at God's side who's action can be Divine. PRINCIPLE 6 The actions of the people are controlled by the people, they have been given choice and Will. 3 proofs that mankind has free will: 1) Sending of messengers 2) Choice in worldly and religious affairs 3) The humans would never accept oppression to themselves under the excuse that it is "destiny". E.g. A person harms another person and then says "this was decreed by God" (Yes, technically, God had decreed this to happen because He knew that this person would use His free will to commit such an action. His infinite knowledge qualifies Him to decree the fate of everything in existence). PRINCIPLE 7 Predestination is used to prove calamities and trials, but not to prove sins and mistakes. Only after repentance can predestination be used to prove and justify past sins. NOTES The recording of destiny is done in order for God to show parts of it to whomever He wishes from His creation (the angels). Whatever information the angels possess is subject to change, while whatever is in the Preserved Tablet (the book in which destiny is written) never changes (i.e. the result).

Thank you so much. The kadhaa and kadr and free-will it's a matter of belief that has no thing to do with our life science, however this belief in kadaa and kadar comes after establishing an origin belief which is believeing in Allah and in what Mohammad's message brought. Example: If I give you a showing proof that i can carry up 500kg, this fact makes you believe in my power. Now, what if someone told you that I could carry an elephant. Here surely you will believe in me basing on the origin belief with no need to a another proof (this's called rational proof). Results: The showing proof is the Quran which establishes the origin belief. when the origin belief is built, that leads to accept the second belief that has no need to any proofs. What the purpose of all that?. This's the sound belief that feeds our worshiping to Allah as like as we see him (IHSAN level) with trust, and that what makes the difference between the children of Adam who never seen or talked to Allah and the Angels who has already seen and talked to Allah. For that reason the Angels have been commanded to bow to Adam, and for that purpose exactly the satan has taken us his enemy and we commanded as well in surat Alkahf to take him as our enemy). Final fruit: The real worshippers of Allah from the children of Adam are better than the Angels. Allah said to the Angels in the Quran in surat Albakara " I know what don't know" this's when the Angels didn't realize the wisdom of making Adam and his children as khaleefa in the earth as a test for them where Allah gave them the free will to do what they want (obeying Allah or Obeying the Satan). However the Angels they're ordered to obey to Allah with no free will. Conclusion: Without understanding the whole story of pur creation and our purpose in this life we cannot absolutely realize the wisdom of believing in kadha an kadar.

مشاري I am waiting for your reply? Why is there no contradiction?
@rossheaton5173
@rossheaton5173 6 жыл бұрын
مشاري - With your explanation you are just contradicting yourself and/ or ignoring the problem. 'God predestines everything. But we are also accountable for our deeds.' You are saying that God predestines our deeds (so it is not our free will), and we are also accountable for them. This is a God punishing human beings for what he has himself, 'predestined'. 'God has absolute free will, and we have limited free will.' This is meaningless. You either have free will or you do not, regardless of your capability or options to conduct said free will. 'God predestines our consequences based on what we do, our intentions, based on his knowledge.' God knows all, he not only knows the consequences, he also knows the choices we will take, because he created use to do that. He created people to go to the hell fire. 'For those who want guidance, Allah will guide them. For those who wish to be misguided, Allah will mislead them.' If people want guidance, Allah has created them wanting guidance, knowing they will want guidance. If people wish to be misguided, Allah has created these people misguided, thus wanting them to be misguided. What a horrible God he must be. 'Our inferior free will is connected to God’s superior will.' This is a meaningless statement, that makes no sense. Evidence of this from the Quran: 81:29 “And you do not will except that Allah wills” - This is a silly statement from the Quran, this is basically saying, you can only will what Allah wills, yet Allah thinks its justified that you suffer for what he wills (that you will to disobey him). Although he has created you to disobey him. So are you obeying him by disobey him? Its a contradiction and a paradox. Is this not evident of a man made God(s). 'Our actions are created by God (his knowledge and will, by allowing the situation to go forth, because God can also prevent us from doing actions). So he predestined, and we are responsible for the actions.' So you are saying, Allah wills what we will do, without our free will, then he will either punish or reward us for what he wills. What a horrible God, that will force us to do things, and then punish us for it (without our free will). '4:78 “But if good comes to them, they say, "This is from Allah "; and if evil befalls them, they say, "This is from you." Say, "All [things] are from Allah ."' All things are from Allah, all decisions (free will), are from Allah, therefore he will punish us for what he created us to do. What a horrible God to believe in. '“And whatever strikes you of disaster - it is for what your hands have earned” 42:30' - Another meaningless statement from the Quran. Allah wills your disaster, thus Allah wills what your hands have earned, and wills your punishment or reward, fore which you had no control over. 'Allah has pre knowledge of all things and created this world and allowed things to go as they’re by his wisdom and knowledge' He has not allowed anything. He has created things, knowing exactly how things will turn out. How every decision is made, every sacrifice, murder, rape, disaster, etc would occur. What do you mean by wisdom and knowledge to give credit to such a reckless and psychopathic God, to know that all this misery and suffering will happen, because he willed it to happen. 'There are things which we cannot blame anyone for, but when we disobey God, only us are to be blamed for.' God created us to disobey him, why should we be blamed? God should be blamed for creating us this way, he willed it. 'God did not force us to do evil, but we chose it and he allowed it and created/ordained it before we existed. ' God forced us to do evil, because he created us knowing it would happen, he could have created us knowing evil would not happen, but he chose the former. What a horrible God to believe in. 'Listen to the analogy at 12:00 kzbin.info/www/bejne/hnecgWaXdrxsbM0' Mohammad Hijab spouts the same nonsense you do. He talks about creating a robot that makes decisions, and not liking the fact the consequences of that robots actions being on him to blame. If he is all knowing (omniscient), he would know exactly what that robot would do. He is held accountable for his creation. To conclude: Both you and Mohammad Hijab are delusional and/ or lying about the contradiction of an Omniscient God(s) and human beings having free will. Stop Lying! I look forward to your reply, and severing your chains with this fictional/ contradiction of a God(s).
