The condition of our High Mileage 2014 Subaru Forester & 2004 MINI Cooper S

I show the condition of our 2014 Subaru Forester with 278K+ miles. I talk about getting hit by a huge deer in Texas and include a few pictures. I show the condition of our first MINI with 288K+ miles as well. Talk about having a large limb fall on the roof, crack the windshield, and dent the bonnet.

What do you do to maintain it with that high mileage? Regular maintenance? What major replacements have had to happen with that high mileage? ❤ Your videos. I have a 2012 Subaru Forester and it has 190000 miles and would love it to last as yours Well done

Well, thank you. The major components that were replaced were all suspension related, drive shaft, axle shafts, control arms & bushings. Regular maintenance items, oil, fluids, breaks/rotors, belts, tire pressures & rotations, etc. The engine and transmission have never been opened, just maintained. I do that with all of our cars and they all pretty much have higher mileage. Sounds like you are already doing the right things with 190K. Great job!
