I am a bit confused between the Configuration Management Plan and the Change Management Plan ... :(

Good question 🙂 The change management plan describes the general PROCESS of changing something in your project (i.e updated schedule, cost or scope that needs to be approved) with the roles and responsibilities (i.e. people in the Change Control Board for example). The configuration management plan describes which ITEMS have been baselined and may need a change (i.e. the schedule, cost or scope), and their versions/changes over time. You might need a change request to change these items, and the change request PROCESS is in the change management plan.

Is this statement correct? @davidclachlanproject Change management is the administrative framework for managing changes. Configuration management is the technical aspect of ensuring that changes are made correctly and that the system remains in a known, desired state.
