The point is Chot is a bad coach, outdated at di marunong magadjust. SBP and the old system is holding back PH basketball. They pioneered the culture before, but pioneering will eventually need evolution. Their vision was limited and was effective in the past, but everyone improved already and if we're still stuck in the past then we'd be the one being left out. You can see that with the recent results of gilas.

Just my opinion Sa first question, yes. Hirap din kasi pag ikaw lang yung matangkad sa team mo, especially MPBL pa nilalaruan nya. Sa Japan naman, sobrang dami nilang wing including Balti, kaya maglalaban sila sa minutes and production. Sa second question hindi, pwede maging tweener si Balti, you can switch him either sa wing or as a big.

Main Issue tlga d2 is SBP, they're limited to resources and only available within their Comrades Ambarella and they couldn't accept the fact na hindi na PBA lang ang option to get the best players in the country. Nakita kc natin na proper long term program lang ang key to success na proved ni Coach Tab Baldwin during his run, at dun nalagay sa peligro ang PBA kaya here comes Chot Reyes to the rescue

Opinion ko lang to, But I see a semblance sa style ng japan ngayon sa Gilas dati nung panahon nila Alapag, Castro, at Tenorio. I don't know if it's a dribble drive offense but one thing I'm sure it's a guard oriented offense, headed by Kawamura, Togashi and Tobinaga. mga elite guards ng japan.

ang akala kasi ng mga local coaches natin na kapag anjan na ang mga players na gusto nila ay kaya na nila manalo, palibasa ndi nila matanggap na ndi na uubra ung style nila sa coaching sa international stage, ang basketball is a game of momentum at adjustment, ndi lang magaling at matalino na coach ang kailangan jan dapat pati players magaling na matalino pa maglaro,, napakabilis ng phase ngaun ng game na kapag nagka scoring drought ka pwde ka agad matambakan, alalahanin nyo may 2time outs lang sa 1st half at 3 naman sa 2nd half, coaches and players needs to adjust depende sa binibigay na laro ng kalaban kaya jan pumapasok ung preparation ng players which is trump card ni coach tab na proven and tested na kaya makag produce basta mabigyan ng ample time and preparation, andun na tayo sa promising rebuilding stage tapos naudlot pa, papunta ka na sa taas bigla mo pinutol at binalik sa simula, ndi ka pwde makuntento sa kung ang nalalaman mo dahil mabilis ka maiiwan kung ndi ka makakapag adapt both sa players and coaches

Nag aadjust din yung level ng ibang bansa kaya, like what happen before...di tayo nanalo sa serbia at dominican republic under coach Tad Baldwin and the same is what happen to our basketball team with coach Chot, mas maganda pa nga yung performance nila sa Dominican Republic ngayon kesa dati (PHI 67 - DOM - 94).

This is the truth. PH basketball is DECREPIT in the face of international challenges. Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas - SBP and the PBA will have a lot to answer for when this embarrassing charade (which is the likely scenario) is essentially the inevitable. People should realize the organisations running Philippine basketball are just money-grubbers with no love or even respect for the sport. Tama ba somehow ang mga haters ng "basketball as a religion" dito sa atin na entertainment basketball lang pala ang PH basketball dahil napaka UNCOMPETITIVE naman pala?

Current coach and leadership, bata-bata sila lang ang bida system. Sayang mga players pool both ni CTB and current bida coach. Nakakaawa pati talent ng legit NBA and Fil-Am JC, nasayang under current losing experience leadership. SEA games humiliating loss was a red flag. Pero po walang nakinig, nagmatigas nanatili at kapit-tuko pa nga po sa mga pwesto. Ito na ngayon sila sa WC 2023, "judge me during Word Cup" daw po... bokya po ang Pinas sa panalo under current leadership. (Buti pa po ang women's basketball, tahimik sila nagsusumikap pero paangat na). No more excuses. Time to step down, step aside and retire completely from national team duties. Ibalik na po sa bayan ang pagcoach sa men's team at liderato ng SBP. Nevertheless, thank you for doing your best, but it fell very short of our goal. It's time to give back the keys to those who have already proven how to make things work at the world level (like CTB and the others). Wala pong personalan. Time to hold a presscon and do the most honorable thing we need to do.
